🎃A Halloween fairytale🎃 (Prince!Ichimatsu x Snow white!Reader)

You stand in the kitchen and make yourself a coffee, yawning softly. Your five friends left and doing something in the woods, while you clean up their mess. You hum when a bird flies against your window, drinking some of your coffee. 'Why does every bird fly against the kitchen window? Shouldn't they finally realize they can't fly this way?'

After your stepmother tried to kill you, you quickly ran away from your home and passed out deep inside the forest. When you woke up, you punched by accident Osomatsu because he was about to kiss you. After you apologized to him, you explained them why you were in the forest. The five dwarfs got worried when you looked sad and offered you to stay. Since then you live with the five dwarfs together in their house deep in the forest, hiding from your stepmother and her guards.

'It's been now a whole year since I live with them together. They are all so nice to me, but I bet it would be better if they wouldn't crawl in my bed all the night to sleep with me.' You hum when someone knocks on the door. Peeking carefully out of the window, you see the prince from your childhood days. You walk to the door and open it, letting Ichimatsu inside.

"Hey Y/n." Ichimatsu mumbles, glancing with a slight blush on his cheeks away from you. "Ichimatsu, what brings you here?" You ask with a smile, pulling him into a gentle embrace. Ichimatsu blush a bit more, but hugs you back. "The others said you were sick, so I wanted to check on you." You smile amused, knowing that Ichimatsu actually just wanted to see you. "I see." You say softly, rubbing his back gentle.

Ichimatsu hums and picks you shyly up, walking to the room where your bed stays. He lays you carefully down and sit down on the floor with his legs pulled up to his chest. You turn onto your side and look at him with a soft smile. "Why do you sit on the ground?" Ichimatsu hums and glance away from you. "I like it." He mumbles and you laugh softly. You went down to the floor with the blanket, sitting down next to him and throwing the blanket over your heads. He flinch from your sudden move and blush a bit harder.

You laugh softly and kiss Ichimatsu's cheek, causing him to blush a deep red. "St-Stop! I told you not to kiss me!" "You said I shouldn't kiss you when someone is around and to avoid that someone sees us by accident, I kiss you under the blanket." Ichimatsu clicks his tongue annoyed and looks away from you.

After two months by the five dwarfs, you were hiding when Ichimatsu suddenly came in. Choromatsu explained to you that you don't have to be afraid of him, because he is from the kingdom who owns this part of the forest. Ichimatsu were at first confused and after some time thinking, you both realized who the person is who stands in front of you. When you both were children, your real parents always met with Ichimatsu's and you two always played together with each other. Your parents even wanted that you two married, but after you suddenly disappeared Ichimatsu didn't wanted to marry anyone else.

Since then, Ichimatsu pays often a visit when he has a bit free time, but always have an excuse to hide that he only wanted to see you. To your surprise, only Ichimatsu knows where the dwarfs living. They are friends since a few years, so of course he helps them out by giving them food and a bit money to buy some things.

You lay your head down onto Ichimatsu's shoulder, smiling softly. He blush and glance away from you, but doesn't push you away. " ... I love you, Ichimatsu." He tense a bit up and feels his heart almost beating out of his chest, but he caught himself quickly. "I-I love ... you too, Y/n." He mumbles quietly to the side, but you were still able to hear him.

You close your eyes with a soft smile, relaxing a bit. Ichimatsu may needs some time until he ask you to marry him, but when the time comes, you will accept the proposal.

Until now, he will make sure you are safe.
