Si Ella ay isang buong linggong iningatan saril iat abala pagbubuo ang musika ng "Absolute Darling". Kapag siya ay tapos na, nakikipagkita siya kay Rainie at ibinigay ang kanyang musical piece. Masaya si Rainie para kay Ella dahil sa wakas natupad na ang kanyang pangako. Rainie told Ella that she will give this to a music company to produce the the song. The two friends will meet each other again after two weeks.
Pagkatapos ng isang linggo, nagsimula na si Ella sa pagsasanay ng kanyang propesyon bilang isang doktor sa isang prestihiyosong ospital sa Taiwan. At sa araw na iyon, may isang tao siyang imemeet para sa medical na appointment.
Her secretary called aloud, "Mr. Show Luo." Show and Chun stood up and followed Ella's secretary. When the two men entered inside Ella's office, Show can't help but to say greetings to Ella.
"Dr. Ella Chen! It's been a long time!"
"Hello Show!"
They hugged each other. When they all settled down, Ella noticed the other man who was with Show.
"Show, who is he?"
"Oh Ella, this is Chun. Chun, Dr. Ella Chen."
When they shook hands, Ella said, "You look familiar."

Npaisip si Chun na si Ella ay pamilyar sa kanya. Not only she was his seven-time classmate, she was the ballerina that caught Chun's attention.
"I look familiar because I was your seven-time classmate." Chun said.
"Oh ... Oo! Natatandaan ko ngayon. " Ella
"And also, I am your second love, right?"
Show was dumbfounded that Chun remembers that fact! Ella gave him a questioned look. "You -- still -- remember?"
"Yep. And I remember you disappearing in my life."Chun
"Why do you have to come back?"
"Is there any problem with that?"
"Yes there is! That's because I never even wanted to see you again!"
Oops. Looks like she crushed Chun little by little.
"Er... ehem!" Show broke the silence.
"Mr. Show Luo, will you please send Chun out of my room first?"
"Okay." Show is about to accompany Chun but Chun stopped him.
"There's no need to. Just stay here and finish your consultation with Ella."
"Okay. See you later."
Slam of the door.
"Mr. Show Luo, perhaps you have remembered what I wrote in my planner fifteen years ago right?"
"Yep. I and my classmates have a discount from you except Chun."
"Good. you remembered. Now, you don't need to pay the consultation fee since you're my first patient."
"Thank you Dr. Chen!"
"Okay. Mr. Show, let's proceed. What is the problem?"
"It seems that I've been suffering an indigestion. I feel like something stuck up in my stomach or what."
"Okay. Let me check you first." Ella gave him a little check-up. Then she said, "I guess what I can do is to see what is the main problem. Tomorrow, come back here for a diagnose operation. I will insert a mini camera into your body and I will check for the problem. I will give you a discount on the operation expenses."
"Okay. Thank you Dr. Chen!" He stood up and shook hands with her.
"You're welcome."
Then Show left the room.
