Harry is very shaken up after Cedric's death, i do believe him whenever he says that You Know Who is back, which is scary but i think we are safe, besides i won't let anyone hurt you, i couldn't live with myself if i knew that you had died and i could've done something about it.
You are safe though Bubbles, as long as i am with you, no one will hurt you.
