"no... this is really fucked up, two of our friends died already!" yena exclaims, her voices louder than before.

the girls stood in the middle of their dorm, all scared from what happened.

their youngest sobs silently.

recollecting her memories of her unnies who died from the game. her tears wouldn't stop. "there has to be a way out of this unnie."

"we have to keep playing." hyewon says.

"we're gonna die even before we can finish the game hyewon-ah!" yena shouts. she's frustrated and it shows, the girls knew about it but they couldn't do anything to fix it. everyone was at the edge of the seat.

"we have to beat the game, just like what minjoo said. we have to beat the game. play to win." eunbi remarks.

"minjoo barely knew what she was dealing with, how are we suppose to know that we can get out of this game if we win?" yena retorts.

hyewon scoffs. "even until minjoo's death you're still blaming her for all of this."

"oh b*llshit hyewon, stop with your act." the duck lass said.

hyewon rolled her eyes towards the lass. "minjoo had no idea of all of this yena, she's naive as all of us! you can't possibly blame minjoo for everything."

"hyewon unnie is right, unnie. minjoo didn't know anything about this app." yuri defended.

"yeah sure defend your little girlfriend." yena sneers.

"now you're just being unreasonable yena." hyewon claims.

walking away from the group, the duck came in contact with the couch. resting her mind from all the rage she's feeling. her tears fall out as she mumbles. "minjoo-yah, chaeyeonni, i miss you."

a faint sound wake's yena up.

"unnie.."

yena's conscious state shifted from sleepy to awake. her eyes divert away from hiichan who was waking her up to their window. it's still dark outside. "hmm? it's still early tomi.." she groggily says.

"no.. that's the thing. it's already 8 am, and the world feels like we're trapped in darkness."

the lass frowned her brows still trying to process what the younger was trying to explain.

as if knowing what was going on inside her unnies mind she showed her their phones.

"look unnie, this is your phone and this is mine. see the time it's already 8..."

yena took her phone checking to see if they tried messing up with their phones but failing to find anything. "where are the others?"

"they're still outside the dorm. checking if there's anyone else aside from us. from the looks of it, there's only ten of us here in this building and probably from the whole world."

yena props herself up, running outside their dorm meeting the rest of the girls.

"we can't find anyone." nako exclaims, still panting.

everyone was confused.

"how is this happening..." yujin says, "it's like we're in another parallel of the universe."

"like a decoy of the earth.. except it's just blank." wonyoung added.

a sound of a retro video game caught their attention.

all eyes went to their phones. catching their attention was how it glowed in the darkness.
