Ultra Instinct Deku! (On Pause)

This is my second story but my first one related to Ultra Instinct so please tell me what you think :]

On a night when Inko had just gave birth, she created something far beyond her understanding...something godly. She just thought that the silver hair that her baby had was some sort of quirk and didn't really think much about it although Lord Beerus did.

Lord Beerus hovered above the planet that resembled Earth, a planet where the earthlings and the few Saiyans inhabited. He watched as the light the baby glowed had shown from space and caught his attention. "Well it seems that there is a power coming from that window, is that a deity? What's a deity doing in a house and why is the power so raw like it's just been created? He said as he just sat there in thought, Whis behind him filling him in on stuff every now and then.

Inko looked at her baby and smiled thinking this baby was beautiful as the light he let off was pretty, she took the baby and put him in his crib to let him sleep as his eyes shimmered a silver color before going back to normal. "Goodnight Izuku, you're gonna do amazing things when you're older...I'm sure of it" she said looking at baby Izuku sleep.

When Izuku was 4, he went to the quirk doctor in order to see what quirk he had when he fell into the middle of traffic cuz of his excitment getting the best of him. He lays there and is about to get up rubbing his head when a car comes not seeing the messy green haired kid that layed in the road, he looks at the car before his hair turns a silver and green color along with his eyes as he rolls out of the way of the car.

"Izuku! You almost got killed, come here baby!" She said running to grab Izuku with him not paying attention until his hair changes to it's original color, he looks at the ground and back at his mom before thinking about what that was. He had his mind intact although he couldn't move and instead did it without thinking, weird.

Once he was finally at the quirk doctor's office he was told that he didn't have a quirk with Inko confused. "But he does have a quirk, I think he doe- I believe he does cuz his hair usually shines a silver color every now and then so I th-"
The doctor chimes in completely cutting her off. "He doesn't have a quirk, the results said he won't ever have a quirk so I don't know what to tell you." She just sighs and shrugs it off leaving the place.

One day at the park when a boy was getting bullied, Izuku had stepped in to the sight of a blond haired kid glaring at him whilst wielding explosions. "W-who are you? Stepping in to play hero huh, you sure are getting ahead of yourself". He said smirking at Izuku. Izuku stared at the boy not responding, his hair turned silver still containing a green color under the glow and his eyes responding the same. "Alright so it's happening again, damn it...why now? He thought to himself yet couldn't move, only on instinct. A fist comes soaring at Izuku to his suprise with him dodging out of the way, his eyes seeming to intimidate Bakugou. "I will save you!" He thought looking at the kid in mid dodge.
