Axel had seen that no reincarnated people would appear after being informed by Zion about they will appear in the year 1939 where the great war againts the alien invaders would occur.
And also where the story begins as what Zion would like to call it not that it had bothered Axel about it.
But he doubts his nation will be part of a war between humanity if they ever fall apart and fights each other for the beliefs they have.
He would stand neutral and focus on defeating this enemies instead of getting involved in stupid matter between what they believe in.
Axel had been starting to develop various creations for Germany that includes steampunk mech.
But can be compared to the Mechs being created in the Wolfenstein New Order.
He also made the soldiers all look like from the Wolfenstein game infact not just crazy and would try to kill innocent people for fun.
He doesnt want to create am evil nation but a bright and prosperous nation that will love peacefully without any bloodshed.
As he doesnt like getting innocent involve he doesnt like racism as well and will create a law about this.
Luckily due to his influence he had made Germany not racist at all like what Hitler was.
Axel is also planning to summon up several units from the favorite games he had stored within his mind.
They will prove to be of great help in the future as well when a war occur.
Thankfully Axel had seen that Germany is developing well and at a huge speed in just the span of 2 years.
He could already see that maybe in less them 30 or 20 years the Germany of this era would be a modern version.
Like the old show he had watched called man in the high castle which of course shows.
Of Germany winning the war and defeating the allies but hope came as several people who resisted.
Somehow mannage to find out about an alternate reality by an help of a old person who showed them of this alternate reality.
As they managed to stop the Fuhrer of Germany to enter this other dimension and help cause a rebellion.
That lead to the fall of Germany and rises of the natiins that once fell into there clutches.
The ending was amazing and also sad as Germany was litteraly burned and nuke till it became a wasteland.
Out of anger of the many people who suffered because of the sins they have made on the world for over many decades.
Anyway he will not make Germany like the one he saw in the show he will create a better and greater nation than the one they have saw.
Axel had also made sure that he would keep an eye on not only in Europe but in the United states as well.
As they will be a key for the British againts them if ever when war happens in the future.
But by then he will already have a string navy enough to easily cripple British and American forces.
France has a strong navy however they will still be powerless againts Axel.
The border defences they created against Germany is useless as well as the super fortress he had.
