"Give me a chance to get up for fucking sake!" Sigaw ko sa taong kanina pa katok ng katok sa pinto. It's still early and yet someone has the guts to ruin my day.
"What do you want?" wala sa sariling bukas ko ng pinto letting my guards down without knowing what's waiting for me outside. He said it's safe here tho, at tiwala naman ako don. Tumambad naman sa'kin ang boyfriend--no scratch that, asawa kong sobrang lapad ng ngiti. Oo, asawa ko, nagpakasal kami kahapon eh. Without anyone's consent, tanan in filipino's term. I just shrugged off those idea's and faced him blankly.
"Really, Vargas?" I frowned but he just answered me with a hug. "Haha. Good morning, Love." malambing na bati niya sabay halik sa pisngi ko. Ni hindi ko man lang napansin na wala pala 'to sa higaan namin.
"Where have you been? Malamig sa labas!"
"Easy there, Gorgeous. Sea breeze is just soooo calming and soothing that would force you to go outside, mind joining me?" Paglalambing niya, alam niyang galit na ako kasi nagtatagalog na ako. Sinasadya kong magtagalog pag galit ako para di niya maintindihan, pero ako parin natatalo. Ako ata lalake sa aming dalawa eh?

"I love you too," I shouted as I got my coat on our cabinet and took a 45 with me, wala lang. Dapat laging handa lang.
And he never fails to give me this tingling feeling, I still have those butterflies in my stomach from our four years of being together.
"I'm here!" tawag pansin ko sa kaniya na nakatayo lang sa buhanginan.
"Stop." I froze on my track when I heard that. "Love? You 'kay?" kinakabahang tanong ko sa kaniya habang nakatalikod siya sa'kin. "Stop it right there, Love." malamig na sagot niya.
"Hey, if this is another game of yours, Vargas, please! Quit playing; you are scaring the hell out of me."
"No." And he seems so serious, may nangyare ba habang nasa loob ako?
"Face me then."
"Do you love me? Or... did your really love me?"
What the... "Ano ba namang klaseng tanong yan! Humarap ka sa'kin!! Face me!! Now!"

"Yes, I love you so damn much! And you know that, I gave up everything just to be with you, remember?!" Hindi ko na napigilang mapasigaw sa galit, so pinagdududahan niya ako? Ang nararamdaman ko sa kaniya?
"But why? W-why did you d-do t-this?" I gasped when I saw him bathed with his own blood. "But I still love you, Neirin. I love you so much." Halos hindi ako makagalaw sa kinatatayuan ko. No... kung panaginip man ito please gisingin niyo ako.
Blurry because of my eyes filled with tears, I tried reaching for him when I noticed my hands. In just a snap, I see myself pointing my caliber 45 pistol at his lifeless body lying in front of me.
