Hello Bastards, new and old! Welcome to Ominous October. I am Rylie and I know we are 10 days into October but that's besides the point. Today we are going to be doing something a little different. Viewer discretion is advised as the audio tape has made a few people go insane. Although they had to listen to it for hours on end. Still, be careful.
The Army or Navy. Saving millions of lives in wars, getting to live in the action, shooting people. It's one of the best things you could do. But the training. The training is brutal. Specifically for a navy seal. In America you have to spend 1 - 2 years training to become one. The US government actually spend around 1 million pounds just training one soldier. Every other facility trains everyone but the navy seals focus on individuals.
After a year and a half of physical training they will lock you in a tiny, claustrophobic room and make you listen to one 'song' over and over again for hours on end. This is where viewer discretion is advised. I doubt anyone will be affected but you never know. If you don't listen don't blame Emery. The last thing I want is the blame put on them. For best effect only listen to the audio. Don't watch the video. And shut your eyes so you can't see anything.
This would be played to the trainee over and over and over again. For hours on end. Until they were used to it. This was done so that if you were captured by the enemy you wouldn't break down. It was also extremely effective if you were tortured by the enemy. This may seem a bit extreme but it worked and has saved lives in smaller wars such as US vs Iraqi in 1991.
But could you imagine sitting in a room about 1 metre by 1 metre and listening to this blaring at you non-stop. How terrifying. Please no one try this. Do not do this. Someone will, I know it.
Well Bastards, that one was a bit shorter but there wasn't much to write about. I heard the audio and immediately wanted to write about it. I do have a few ideas for future stories but not many. Thank you for taking the time to read these! Enjoy your nightmares!
