7)A Broken Heart

The city was still as (Y/N) sat in the park reading her book "Attack of the Killer Bagels" by Keira Bageltong. As the young (H/C) hair girl continued to read, she didn't notice Mamoru walking over to her. Mamoru cleared his throat causing (Y/N) to look up at him. "Shouldn't you be hanging out with Usagi or something?" She asked curiously. He laughed and smiled at me before sitting down. This confused (Y/N) even more since she had no idea on what was happening. Mamoru stared at (Y/N) before sighing softly.

After a while Mamoru leaned forward and planted his lips onto (Y/N)'s plump ones. At first (Y/n) was in shock but soon melted into the kiss once more. What seemed like hours was only a couple minutes as they both pull away from each other. They both stared in each others eyes before leaning in once more kissing each other. The kiss soon turned into a make-out session as (Y/N) was also now laying down with Mamoru lying on top of her. A few minutes later someone cleared their throat causing the two to pull away. Mamoru sits up as did (Y/N) as they saw Usagi staring at them.

(Y/N) felt bad after seeing at how angry Usagi was. She didn't know if she should apologize to Usagi or just quickly run and leave because she didn't want to get beat up again by her. Soon Usagi's face turn into a sad one. Usagi's eyes were watery and she looked like she was ready to just scream. "Mamoru how could you? Especially with an ugly girl like her. I hate you." Usagi said causing (Y/N) to frown. (Y/N) began to think that she shouldn't have kissed Mamoru back at all for many reasons. One of those reasons (Y/N) didn't really want to deal with ending up in the hospital again. She really did not like the one nurse she had who kept calling her, Cutie Patootie. Which was so weird and uncalled for.

(Y/N) looked into Usagi's eyes with a frown. Before she could even say something, Mamoru butted in. "Usagi I'm sorry but I can't keep doing this to you. I think we should break up and just be friends because I'm in love with (Y/N)." After he said that (Y/N) and Usagi looked at him with glaring eyes. The reason for Usagi was because Mamoru just broke up with her over this kiss. For (Y/N)'s reason she could not believe how Mamoru just said it like it wouldn't Usagi even more. Usagi quickly slapped Mamoru as he stood up. She then ran off leaving (Y/N) and Mamoru alone once more.

"Really Mamoru!? Why the hell would you break Usagi's heart? Yes we kissed and yes I like you but I can't hurt anyone that doesn't deserve it. Even if that person is the one that sent me to the hospital in the first place. I am sorry but maybe you should be the one that has the broken heart. I'm heading home sorry." (Y/N) said before getting up. Mamoru stared at her as she began to pack up her things. He just wanted her to stop because he didn't want her to leave. "(Y/N) I'm sorry. You're right. I shouldn't have broken up with her in that sort of way. Please stay." He said. (Y/N) looked up at him before thinking on what to do. She was contemplating on whether she should stay or not.

"Why should I stay?" After she said that Mamoru looked at her before thinking. What should he say? He knew he hurt Usagi in almost a mean way but he was madly in love with (Y/N) and he wanted to tell her that. "(Y/N) I do actually love you. I want to be with you and I want to spend time with you." He said causing (Y/N) to sigh. She looked around and agreed before sitting back down again. The young girl knew she shouldn't stay because she was still kind of mad at him but she didn't want to have a broken heart as well. So she stayed as the two talked about whatever. After a while Mamoru asked her out and of course (Y/N) said yes to going on a date with him before leaving to head home. Maybe a broken heart is a bad thing but sometimes it has a happy ending.
