(A/N, When Perry and Y/N are talking to each other, it'll be in italics. Y/N can also talk to humans like Doof. Perry can too, but chooses not to.)

Phineas, Ferb, and Perry were sitting under their tree listening to the radio. While Phineas was making plans about building a backyard beach, Perry snuck off to report to Major Monogram. He snuck into a mushroom with a giant tunnel under it, landing in the hideout. Y/N was late. This never happened, she was usually quite adequate with her entrances.

As Perry was walking towards his chair, he heard a crash from behind him. It was Y/N. Her fur was all over the place and she was covered in trash that she soon brushed off.

"Sorry about that. I had some.. Complications with my host family and the entrances."

Flash back to about 30 minutes earlier..

Y/N was getting ready to sneak off to HQ, but soon realized that her main entrance was blocked off. Her host family was moving some stuff around for when they had to move. In fact, most of her entrances were blocked off. The only open exit was the trash can. Great.

Forwarding back to regular time, Y/N took her seat. Major Monogram appeared on screen, explaining their tasks. Lawn gnomes were disappearing? "Why the hell does Doof need lawn gnomes..?" Y/N muttered to herself. "That's what you two need to find out! SO get up there, and put a stop to it." Major Monogram said, before signing off.

The two aquatic mammals posed as gnomes in order to find where Doof was hiding. They were sucked into the ground. Doof noticed them and picked them both up. "Well, these two are strange ones.." He said to himself, earning a punch in the face from Perry.

Doof staggered back. "Who are you??" He questioned. They took off their disguises. "Two platypuses?" He questioned. Y/N groaned as she put on her hat while Perry did that same thing. "Y/N and Perry the Platypus!" He exclaimed.

"You are mine now!" Doof cackled. He kept on pressing the wrong switches. When he finally got it, the trap was a one agent trap. Meaning, it only captured Perry. "Doof, that trap only captures one of us. You know that, right?" Y/N deadpanned. "Uhm.. it'll be fine. You can just listen to my backstory." Doof said.

She shrugged and sat on the floor, unscrewing Perry's trap while Doof rambled on about being dressed as a gnome as a child. As he finished up his story, he pulled a curtain. "Behold, the DESTRUCTINATOR!" Doff yelled, earning a shocked look from Perry and no emotion from Y/N.

She broke Perry out of his trap right as Doof accidentally pressed the button to open the cage. "Okay then, that works too." She said. Perry and Doof got into another one of their brawls as Y/N tried to find a way to deactivate the machine. Soon, Perry kicked Doof into the machine, flipping a switch and releasing all of the gnomes.

Doof stumbled over the switch again, sucking in the earth. Y/N and Perry took the chance and leapt out of the underground layer. Phineas looked at Perry and Y/N. "Oh! There you are Perry! Who's your friend here?" He asked. Somewhere nearby, Zack was running towards them. "There you are, Y/N! I've been looking all over for you!" He scooped up Y/N and looked towards Phineas. "She didn't cause too much trouble, did she? I've been looking all over for her." Zack laughed nervously. "Nope, not at all! Looks like she just wanted to swim. She seems pretty acquainted with Perry, too." Phineas observed. "Well, maybe they should hang out sometime before we move here in a month." Zack suggested.

After he heard this, Perry looked at her in shock. "Sorry that I didn't tell you this, I just couldn't find the right time. I'm getting relocated with my host family in a month. Meaning, I'll have to leave you and Doof. I'll be doing spy work, instead of fighting villains." Y/N said to Perry. "Well, I guess that just means we'll have to make the most of the time you have left as an agent." Perry said. Y/N smiled, and Perry smiled back.

They'd have to tell Doof sooner or later.
