By the way, all the ones with names of the characters were flash back of them commenting on Chara's bangs.
Chara continued to look in the mirror. She looked hard at her bangs. So much that her eyes started hurt a bit. She stopped looking as hard as she was before. She figured out what she was gonna do.
-In the kitchen...-
"Hmm~ Hmhm~" Toriel hummed. She was making Cinnamon Butterscotch Pie. "Um... M-Mrs. Tori?" Chara stuttered. "Yes, small one?" Toriel replied. "Uh, do you... think you could cut my bangs?"
Toriel bent down to Chara and said, "Of coarse, child. I would be happy to." "It's okay thanks anyway- ...Oh! Uh, um, thank you!" Replied Chara happily.
-Not that long later...-
Toriel was just about done. "Alright then, just a couple of snips here and a brush of the locks that way, aaand... done!" I looked at my eyes in the mirror. And saw my eyes.
