Chapter 10

RECAP:

And just like that.. the ride was silent. All you could hear was our breathing and the sound of the car's engine. I wouldn't necessarily say it was an awkward silence. A lot heavier... yes, but at the same time... comfortable. It was almost like we could understand each other even though we weren't saying anything.
We spent the rest of the ride like that until we got to my job so I could pick up my bike and well, work obviously. I was about to get out of the car when I was grabbed by the arm. I turn around just to be immediately brought into a hug. I was shocked for a moment, but I hugged him back. The position was a little weird yes, but because I knew he really needed a hug... i tried not to think about it. Although, it's a little hard... seeing that well, I'm kneeling on the seat of the car while he is still sitting normally, and that kinda causes him to be closer to my chest that I would've requested... and yes, I'm blushing a little.
His arms are tightly wrapped around my small waist which just proves to me that he's very emotional right now. I don't know why but my body just reacts and I start to run my fingers lightly through his hair. I feel him just relax in my arms after.. which honestly made me happy... we stayed like that for awhile.. I liked it. I was also late for work now..

Yoongi's POV:

It was already like 6th... 7th... period. Joce and Hoseok were still not here. Everyone's freaking out. So am I, but no one knows. I'm 50 percent calm and 50 percent freaked. That's because, they can either be completely fine and just skipped, or, they're dead. Yeah. Sucks.

Right now we're in math. Ok so it is 6th period. The teacher didn't care that Joce was missing. Not surprising. Luckily this class was almost done anyways. I was extremely bored, but what's new. Tae couldn't stop laughing and I have no idea why. We were being taught linier equations. Me sitting a seat behind him had to deal with this. It wasn't really annoying to me. It was amusing. Since the teacher was annoyed.

Teacher: Kim Taehyung. What, may I ask is so funny?

Tae: You

The entire class started laughing and I couldn't but laugh too. She looked completely taken aback.

Teacher: Well then. Maybe you can laugh after school in detention

Tae: That is a wonderful invitation but I actually have plans-

*bell rings*

Tae: Um. * gets up* Maybe tomorrow? *starts packing* Oh no, tomorrow is Saturday... *grabbing bag* We can reschedule for Monday though, so don't worry. *walks near the door* Thank you so much for understanding! *leaves* Bye~

I was obviously following him and I couldn't help but laugh at the whole thing. You should've seen her face! She was so confused! I wasn't the only one laugh of course though. Everyone in the class was! We were already out the door and I couldn't stop laughing.

Tae: Dude. What's so funny?

Me: You scheduled a day for detention!

Tae: Oh I know... isn't it great? She's so understanding... sometimes at least

??: Wow.. Yoongi is laughing? Why?

I looked over with tears in my eyes and saw Kook standing in front of us with Kenzie. 'Where's Jimin?' I noticed Tae didn't answer with confusion on his face and shrugged.

Me: *calming down* Ok well this kid over here *points to Tae* rescheduled detention for Monday without the teacher's ok leaving her dumbfounded when we left *chuckles*
