It was Christmas at Hogwarts, the snow was a sheet over the beautiful castle-like school. The willow tree sparkled in distance hidden in the back right corner of the Black Lake, excitement built up in the students who stayed this year.

Dumbledore let them sit wherever they pleased, exchange gifts, and wander around the school as they please. Molly, was at Hogwarts this year, she was ecstatic, every year before she was either with Harry's family, the Weasleys, The Grangers, or the Malfoys.

Her 9 year old imagination was booming with new ideas, scenarios and pictures to draw as she ran down to the Great Hall. When she got there a majority of the students already were eating happily with their friend groups, they also generously wished her a 'Merry Christmas' or 'Happy Holidays' in which she returned.

She ran up to her grandfather and sat in the sit between him and Snape, happily eating her favorite breakfast foods. "What did you ask Santa for?" Her grandfather asks with a smile, obviously in a good mood.

She pondered for a second, "A wand and broomstick." She answered. Snape looked at the two, confused of how he was feeling. Was he annoyed with the young girls presence? Never, he babysits her during his class and loves her company; she's always energetic and puts everyone in a better mood.

Or was it the jealousy of not having a loved one to spend Holidays with? Most likely. Though there were a few things he didn't know about the young girl, she had powers that couldn't be contained even with a wand. The ability of mind reading, levitation, healing, telekinesis and sparks that can nearly kill someone. She was currently reading Snapes mind, she felt the sadness he was feeling, she felt the loneliness. So when he stood up, she grabbed a gift from under her seat; it was for him. It was from the muggle world, a designer store in America, Louis Vuitton. It was a long black cloak that swished if he wanted it to.

"Uncle Snape, Wait!" Molly got up and ran up to him with the box, wrapped in wrapping paper. She handed the gift over with a small smile and ran back to her grandfather. "What is it?" Her grandfather whispers. "A new cloak." She giggles.

When Snape gets to his office he sits down and opens the box, tears well in his eyes when he sees the cloak and a small handwritten note.

'Dear Uncle Snape! Happy Christmas! I hope you like the cloak, I used all of my muggle money for it! It's from America too, some designer type store. I got it because I noticed you started wearing a dark green, dark green isn't your signature color. Also sorry I didn't get a proper card, but lots of love!

Merry Holidays,
