NAME: Control
WHAT IT DOES: This quirk makes the user able to forcefully activate someone else's quirk and make them use it the way the user wants. The user can also forcefully deactivate a person's quirks.
DRAWBACKS:
1. If that person's will is strong enough, they could possibly break free of the user's quirk.
2. If the quirk is used for too long one (1) or more of their senses can dull or completely fade away until that get a certain amount of rest, mentally and physically.
3. Quirk can be used on only one (1) person at a time
EFFECTS:
1. People with more powerful quirks feel wary/uneasy around the user
2. User's will tends to be stronger than most people's
