NAME: 'Believe'
WHAT IT DOES: 'Believe' allows the user to make someone believe anything and everything the user says to them. All they have to do is flick the side of their head and say something (Ex. "Todoroki doesn't have daddy issues") and the person will believe it, weather it is truthful or not. And their victim will believe it until their quirk wears off.
DRAWBACKS:
1. The user cannot release their quirk one at a time. If they want to release one, they have to release all of them.
2. The user's eyes change color every time they use their quirk
3. When the victims are released, they remember everything that happened.
4. The user thinks that they, themself, only has a basic eye color changing quirk until proved otherwise.
EFFECTS:
1. The user has a habit of flicking people of the sides of their head.
