Chapter eleven: family complications

"Ah miss Mila" said professor lupin as I knocked on his door "you were looking for me professor?" I questioned "yes, yes come in" he said and I walked in and sat down on a chair while he shut the door "is this about me failing your class?because I tend to catch up it's just been a weird time after Christmas" I said truthfully "no this isn't about your grades miss Mila it's about your parents" he replied and I gave him a shocked look "my parents? You know my parents?" I asked shock "yes I do, your fathers brother is one of my best friends" he said softly "my father Matthew has a brother?" I questioned and he looked at me confused "Matthew? No my dear your fathers name is Regulus" he said "then maybe you have the wrong Mila professor" I said while shrugging "your mothers name is Tamatha Walker, yes?" He asked and I nodded "then I have the right Mila, you see your name is Mila Rose Black your fathers name is Regulus Black and your mothers name is Tamatha Walker. Matthew must be her new boyfriend" he stopped but I didn't say anything so he continued "your father unfortunately died in 1979 only months before your birth" I sat there shocked "but my mother said that they dropped me off at the Browns house to protect me" I said still confused "oh but they did, your uncle Sirius ran away before he became a death eater but your father was one so when he died your mother wanted you to grow up without he who must not be named knowing because of your last name you would automatically become a death eater" he says and I feel tears threatening my eyes I was right about my parents "Professor does Sirius know about me?" I asked "oh yes Mila he does, he didn't want Tamatha to give you to the browns but he had to" he said with a very small smile "is that what she wants to tell me" I whispered to myself "Mila has Tamatha contacted you?" I nodded in response "but I haven't answered yet" I said and he sighed "Mila you better contact her back, I get that your mad she left you but you need to" he said and I nodded shamefully "do you have any questions?" He asked and I shook my head "you may leave if you want now Mila" he said and I nodded and made my way towards the door "oh and Mila you look just like your father" professor lupin added and I gave him a small smile and walked out and made my way towards the common door before letting my tears spill when I finally got to my dorm I laid on my bed and started sobbing. What an crazy day I thought to myself before writing a letter to my mother "dear Tamatha (mum), I found out more about my family and please I want to know more, when shall we have a meeting, from Mila Rose" I wrote then gave to my pet white owl cloud to find my mother.
