"I DID! YOUR LIVES ARE GOING TO END NOW!" Bertolt barks back.
"OH REALLY? I WAS HOPING THAT I WOULDN'T NEED TO HEAR ANNIE'S CRIES ANYMORE!" He pauses looking at Bertolt's shocked reaction. "YOU DO KNOW YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN STOP HER TORTURE AND FROM BEING LIVEST-" Armin gets interrupted by Bertolt.
"LET HER BE! THAT'S ONLY IF YOU ACTUALLY CAPTURED HER!" Bertolt retorts. "ARMIN!" Mikasa shouts. I unsheathed my blades silently while giving Bertolt a glare when he landed in front of Armin causing him to jump back. "Where you heading Armin? Weren't we going to negotiate?"
"You think you can break me by using Annie? Did you really think you can get little Bertolt to bring his guard down?" Bertolt says taking a step toward him. "You're just buying time!" Armin yells. "Get back, Eren," Jean says pulling on his hair.
"You do know that you're at a disadvantage against him, right? You can't take the spotlight," Jean reminds.
"But you're not doing this for either of those reasons, you're just trying to buy time. You think I didn't realize the soldiers surrounding us? While the others go annihilate Reiner... this pointless. As long as you're there, quivering, you can't do anything to me." Bertolt says.
"If you knew that much then why are you here?" Armin asks. "I wanted to guarantee it was true. I thought that if I showed up you'd start pleading again. But you're better now. Your friends, and you're really trying to wipe us out," Bertolt states.
"Is this because we're 'heirs of devils?'" Armin asks. "No! You haven't done anything wrong...you just all have to die-" I saw my Mikasa bolt towards him aiming to slash his neck. He dodged her attack using his own sword against hers and pushed her off the roof.
I hid beside Hange watching Mikasa stop Armin from chasing Bertolt. I saw Hange nod and we went after him through different directions. Before I airlifted I heard some shouts from Eren, "BE CAREFUL Y/N!" Sure... I'll try, I know he's going to blow...
I was situated behind Hange as we went toward the Armored Titan. "Squad Leader! He's ascending," I say behind her as they looks up. "PULL BACK FOR NOW!" Moblit then shouts, "BUT ISN'T THE ARMORED TITAN CLOSE BY?!"
I see Bertolt become a big glow as I hear Moblit behind me, "HANGE! Y/N!" My eyes widened as I pushed Hange when Moblit pushed me. Then it was white.
3RD POV
Mikasa and Armin made it to Eren's Titan and the others. "MIKASA! ARMIN!" They shouted to the two approaching them. "Are you guys alright?!" Jean asked the two. "Yeah... we're fine," Mikasa responds.
"What about Squad Hange...," Jean asks. "They were near Bertolt," Armin reminds. "...Could we be...the only survivors?" Jean asks. Sasha began to tear up and say, "No... Y/N? Y/N DIED?" Everyone turns to her with widened or sorrowful eyes. Armin's eyes widened at the reminder.
