Henry POV
I stared blankly at the wall while laying in bed. it was 5:45, evening here. almost dark.
i groaned. I was sleepy,and tired. But i cant sleep at all. I keep thinking about Charles. he keeps stabbing my mind over and over again. He is my best friend,but i like him. when i say i like him i mean i LOVE him. more then a brother. a lover. but i know he doesn't last forever so i got to confess some day. like this month at least!
i started to hear knocking at my door. fast knocking.
"OKAY! OKAY!"
i got up from the bed and walked down stairs to the door. to be honest to would bother me at this hour in the evening?! I opened the door to show Ellie standing there.
"am i bothering you? looks like i am." i shook my head no. i let her come in the house. "why did you see me at this hour Ellie?" "y'know! i'd bother you whenever i can. that's what i'm gonna do either to you or Charles." I rolled my eyes as walked over to the fridge.
"well bother Charles and i'l slap you the next day. i'll leave a sticky note to remind me." Ellie chuckled. she knows that i love Charles. maybe a little bit too much. "okay lovesick boy" she walked to the fridge and grabbed a coke.
"is there something you need to tell me? is there?"
Ellie smirked while drinking. "well there is one thing..." "if you're gonna put in a dress imma throw up on it" Ellie laughed and almost dropped the coke. "no. but i want to tell you that Charles is gonna come to your place at 3:00 tomorrow maybe confess to him tomorrow."
I sighed. i didn't know about that. Charles always surprises me now and then. but my fear of being rejected is keeping me from telling him. "what if he rejects?" i asked.
Ellie sets her coke on the table and slammed both of her hands on the table like Felix would. "NAH! i'm pretty sure he likes you!" "really?" "really really."
Ellie believed that Charles likes me back. but i've never seen the signs. i think Ellie has.
"how are you so sure?" Ellie sips from the coke and continued. "i've seen it! he does!"
i guess Ellie have seen the signs. We talked about this for 2 hours then Ellie left. It was now 8:27. I went back to my room,turned off the lights and layed on bed. I was thinking how tomorrow was gonna be like. i turned off the lamp next to me and went to a deep sleep.
