Demo POV

I stared at Ellie as she started walking off.

i shook my head and got off of the helicopter, and reached up to Ellie.

"i'm not gonna be lonely i there with 2 sleepy heads!"

Ellie grinned and nodded.

i smiled. the we went off.

it didn't take long to reach Ellie's last stop.

"HELLO!! WE GOT YOUR LITTLE BAG!!"

Ellie screamed. i looked her and the towards the rest of the snow.

then i joined in as we continued walking.

we screamed countless times, trying to get a response.

"let's face it. it has gone far enough. that's why it can't hear us!"

"you have a point.."

we started to turn around until we a soft sob.

then we saw a shadow by a nearby bush.

"hey! can you hear me???"

Ellie said, stopping the sobbing.

Ellie walked towards it and placed the small bag close to the bag.

we both a hand and it grabbed it.

then we heard running footsteps then we looked back at the bush, the shadow was gone.

"who...do you think it was?"

i didn't know..really.

who would be out here anyway?

"i swear i saw a headset.."

"maybe it was somebody else."

Ellie turned around with worry. we might have given it to the wrong person.

"do you think we gave it to somebody else?!"

"well..i saw a tophat. so maybe not."

"yeah hopefully."

i mean, there is nothing we can do about it.

we started walking back.

but the whole trip was rather quiet. 

too quiet.

the only sound we heard was the snow crunching beneath our feet.

the only image in my mind was the shadow. it was odd.

why would a toppat be out here??

boy, it has me playing.

we once reached the helicopter and closed the door.

we can both see the sleeping couple right there, rather cozy then cold like Ellie and i.

Ellie found a blanket and covered both of them.

Charles snuggled Henry as he felt the warmth of the blanket.

Ellie sighed.

"that trip was...intersting.."

"you don't say?"

Ellie walked to the seats and sat down. she hugged her knees and fell alsleep.

what's with everyone and sleep?!

 well i decided to write a letter to my brother so he wouldn't freak out.

Later (god damn it i'm lazy ;<;) 

i was finishing up my few last words on the letter until i heard a knock on the door.

i looked everywhere to see if Ellie, Henry or Charles was awake.

nobody.

it was up to me to see who it is.

i opened the door slowly to not make any noise.

i saw a note on the door.

i got it and closed the door.

i read the note carefully:

hello. you may not know me, or even saw me! sorry that i left you guys scare\confused or even angry. i just couldn't stay. i didn't notice that the bag fel out of my pocket! thank you so much for getting it back to me! i thought i'd lose it forever. i forgot the red head's name. but i'd never thought she'd do that! when she saw me i'd thought i was done for! so i ran when she saw me. then she started chasing me. when i finally lost her, i checked if i had everything, and that's when i noticed that my bag was gone. it was the only thing that could remind me of home while i was running away. but once i got my bag back i ran, and then bumped into ____. but still, i couldn't thank you two enough!! if there is anyway i could repay you, please tell me! i'd love too hear it.                                                                                                 by, ____

for some reason they didn't use their name or the person that they bumped into.

i decided to put it into Ellie's backpack. so she can see it.

imma gonna write to them back. 

if we don't fly off.
