Sequel - Fear to Happiness

Two years had passed since Taeyong and Jaehyun met. Since then, they had started dating, got engaged and got married. Rocco and Rico had also grown, now 7 and 5. Taeyong felt like his life was going perfectly, the boys were doing well at school, Jaehyun's café was making lots of profit and Taeyong was feeling human again after attending many therapy sessions. It was the life that Taeyong had always dreamed of, but something happened and Taeyong feared that it would ruin everything he had built up in the past two years.

He was pregnant. 

For most people this would be a good thing, a happy celebration, but because of Taeyong's past experience he was terrified. Would Jaehyun leave him and kick him out like his previous partner had done? What would happen to the boys? Would they be taken away from Taeyong? The small boy was shaking from fear, he felt sick to his stomach. What could he do? He couldn't let his life go back to how it was, he didn't think he could survive that again. So he did the only thing he could think of.

He kept it a secret.

Taeyong had tried to ignore the pregnancy all together, until the morning sickness started. Jaehyun was getting worried at how sick his husband looked, he tried so hard to find out what was wrong but the older man shrugged it off as just being a bug. 

One day when Jaehyun had gone to work and the kids we at school, Taeyong decided to go to the doctors. 

"Okay Taeyong, judging from what you've told me I believe you're 15 weeks pregnant. Baby seems to be healthy from what I can see on the ultrasound, would you like me to print out pictures?" The doctor said.

Taeyong froze. Did he want pictures? 

"D-doctor?" He said nervously, was he really about to do this?

"Yes?"

"I-is it t-too late to g-get an ab-" Taeyong stopped, fear running through his body. He didn't want to do this, but he was so scared. He needed to do this for the boy's safety. "Is it too late to get an abortion?" He asked more confidently. The doctor seemed shocked.

"Well, if that's something you're thinking about then we can arrange that." The doctor replied. "However, I suggest you talk to your husband about it before you make the final decision."

Taeyong sighed. There was no easy way out of this, he needed to tell Jaehyun.

Later that night, after the kids had gone to bed, Taeyong and Jaehyun sat together in bed.

"Jaehyun, can I ask you something?"

"Of course." The man replied, smiling at his husband.

"If I was to get pregnant, y-you yo-" Taeyong took a deep breath.

"Hey, calm down. What's up?" Jaehyun said, seeming concerned.

"If I got pregnant, I should abort it right? So that you won't leave me." Taeyong blurted out so fast, the other man almost didn't hear it.

"Taeyong, what are you talking about? Who gave you that idea?" Jaehyun seemed confused beyond belief.

"I-if I want to stay with you, and  keep the boys safe, I can't get pregnant."

"Are you trying to tell me you don't want anymore kids?" Jaehyun asked, still not understanding.

"N-no, you don't want anymore kids." Taeyong told him.

"Taeyong, you're being ridiculous. Of course I want to have more kids with you." Jaehyun sighed. "I'm not your ex, I would never leave you or make you do anything you don't want to do."

Taeyong suddenly felt guilty, why did he make Jaehyun sound like such a bad guy? 

"I'm sorry." Taeyong sobbed, burying his face into his partners chest.

"Shh, it's okay. Calm down babe."

"Jaehyun?"

"Yes baby?"

"I'm pregnant." 

The younger male held his partner even tighter. "And that's okay." He replied. "We're already amazing parents to 2 beautiful boys, our family is getting bigger and that makes me so happy. Don't ever worry about me leaving you Taeyong. You can't get rid of me that easily." 

"Thank you." Taeyong whispered, and the two men fell asleep in each other's loving embrace.

7 months later, Taeyong gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. And Jaehyun stayed by his side the whole time.
