When they got below so that they wouldn't be spotted.

"This isn't suppose to be here" Flynn says.

"What happened?" Sam asks.

"A new course" Flynn says.

The train then stopped in a giant ship and just then the lights came on where they were and they other programs inside these cases in some kind of sleep.

"What is this?" Quorra asks.

They look at all the programs.

"Clu can't create programs. He can only destroy or repurpose them" Flynn says.

"Repurpose them for what?" Quorra asks.

They then went to the end and they saw a lot more programs below them that were off the train.

"He's building an army" Dan says.

"Let's go" Flynn says.

They then sneak off the train and Quorra was the one taking the lead.

She then stopped and saw Rinzler and she thought for a minute and then took off her disk and handed it to Flynn and looked at them.

"Goodbye" Quorra says and then runs.

"Quorra" they all said.

Sam was going to go after her, but Flynn stopped him.

"What is she doing?" Dan asks.

"Removing herself from the equation" Flynn says.

She then runs and Rinzler sees her and goes after her and then they fight and he wins.

"Tron" Flynn says being surprised "he's alive"

Rinzler then looks that way and Flynn backs them up before their seen.

He then takes her to Clu.

"We can't just let her go" Sam says trying to get through.

But Dan and Flynn stop him.

"No, Sam" Dan says.

"There's another way" Flynn says.

When they see that they were gone they snuck aboard another train that was going up and then they climbed up until they were on the top.

And Clu had just put Flynn's disk into the system and the whole ship lit up in bright orange.

And Sam, Flynn, and Dan saw more soldiers come out of the other train.

"She's gonna wind up like one of them" Dan says.

"Let's keep moving" Flynn says.

And Clu went to his army and Rinzler walked to him with Quorra and he showed him her mark on the arm.

"You are a very rare bird, aren't you, now?" Clu says and walks to her and covers the mark with her sleeve and walks around her "where's your disk? Where is he?" He then stands in front of her "it must have been so lonely out there. How tragic to be the only one"

"I've seen what users are cable of, Clu. You don't belong with them" Quorra says.

Clu touches her hair "I have something very special in mind for you" she moves her head from his hand "take her upstairs" Clu says "now if you will excuse me, I have a toast to make" he then walks to his army and does a speech

Rinzler then takes her away.

"Greetings, programs" they cheer " together we have achieved a great many things. We have created a vast, complex system. We've maintained it. We've improved it. We have rid it of its imperfection. Not to mention rid it of the false deity who sought to enslave us. KEVIN FLYNN!" Clu yells.
