FUTURE MEETS THE PAST /Wangxian/

Chapter 12

The following day, Sizhui woke up earlier. During their time he has his own chamber but when they went back, he stays in one of the rooms in Jingshi with his parents. After waking up he fix himself and on the way out he met his Fuqin.

"Fuqin , Goodmorning!" He enthusiastically  said

"Mn. Goodmorning"

The both of them went to Hanshi since it's still early they decided to visit Xichen. On the way, they had a talk.

Growing up as a child, everyone looks up upon him. Everyone has high expectations when it comes to the child of the two most powerful cultivators, their are some people who bully him when he was young. Wangji knows about this and he see how his son handles everything but little did they know when his son is away he gives them severe punishment like doing hand stand everyday for 1 month while writing the rules, ofcourse his husband notice this but say nothing. His husband is surely overprotective when it comes to their family.

" oh you are here, come here nephew" he said while extending his arms gesturing for a hug and the younger gladly obliged

He three took a sit and started their conversation.

"Why is it that it's  always the both of you who's together every morning?" With that wangji said nothing but a slight smile and Yuan giggle

"Uncle, there are 3000 rules now and 4000 rules in the future, Fufu follows some of the rules bit believe me, waking up early in the morning is not one of them" he informed Xichen and chuckled

"So Wangji? You let brother-in-law break the rules?" He asked to tease his brother

"Mn. That's who he is after all but sometimes he is being punished" Wangji replied and Xichen giggled. It is good that his  stoic brother can finally express himself.

"Oh by the way, Sizhui tomorrow some of the disciples are going for a night hunt do you want to join them?" Xichen asked his nephew who is now smiling bright

"Ofcourse Uncle!I can't wait to change my clothes it's been a long time!" He replied almost jumping like a child

"Where are you going today, Sizhui?"

"I will stay at the Forbidden Library Fuqing I have something to do there after that I will prepare for tomorrow's  departure.I will leave first Fuqin, Uncle " he bowed then left and went straight to the library.

"Who would have thought that my baby brother will be the first to have a young  fine man, pity I didn't watch him grow" he said a little bit sad

"Don't worry brother after everything is settled you will have another niece or nephew to take care of, I'll make sure of that" Wangji responded with a slight smile. Xichen look at his brother amazed and shocked at the statement he almost chocked his tea

'Since when did my brother become shameless to be direct. Oh well that's better than being stoic and numb all the time' he thought

"Ok brother , make sure" xichen giggled at his statement.

" Wangji, aren't you going to Young Master Wei?"

"No need brother, he already left Jingshi it's 7 , he woke up early today" Xichen was amazed on how his brother know

"How did you know where he is Wangji?"

"We can feel each other's  energy brother the same with our son" he explains

" oh so that's  the reason. May I ask something?" Xichen inquired

"Mn"

" When we are watching what the Wuji shows, at the battle of Nevernight we witness you and young Master Wei, but why is it that we can  feel the energy of the both of you now but not that strong like the one we felt during the show?"

" After the Battle, brother , we sealed our energy, we don't want to unleash  it to its true potential since we can ise it even sealed and powerful enough. Sizhui in the other hand possesses both mine and wei ying's power, light and dark but his is not as strong as ours but enough to protect himself for awhile, he still needs time to learn and find his true potential" wangji said

"Yes, at a very young age I saw how good he is but there are still alot af things for him to learn, but at the age of 13 looks like he is experienced in night hunting" with that Wangji noded

"We often bring him to night hunting when he was 9 starting then he always go out with Wei Ying" he said

"They are both free spirited but protective" Xichen said

"They sure are brother" he said remembering the time where some are spouting nonsense against him. They kept on talking which made that person shrink in shame while he just shooked his head at his son and husband's antics

After an hour they went straight to Lanshi. Wangji entered and saw Wuxian who ran and hugged him like a child who lost track of his parents for a day. Everyone suppress their laughter while Yanli smiled sweetly and Jiang Cheng rolled his eyes at his brother's actions.

They took their sits and Qiren started their lecture for the day. Ofcourse, the typical Wuxian is bored at these lesson. He is so sleepy when it comes the Qiren's lecture. After a few hours, as expected he fell asleep. Wangji glanced at him to find him sleeping this was noticed by everyone but not Qiren. They all thought that he will punish Wuxian but shocked them when he tried to cover the younger one sleeping. His reason is that they had this lesson before that might be the reason he fell asleep.

The class is finally dismissed but wuxian is still sleeping soundly. Wangji carried him like a baby without caring when the disciples of Gusu are staring at them. He lay his husband on their bed slowly and carefully treating the other like a delicate thing that might break if not careful. He cover him with quilt.

Soon , it's already 9 n the evening time to sleep. Wangji went to Wuxian's side aftwr kissing his forehead. They both sleep peacefully but they know it better, they need to be prepared.

The following day, Wangji woke up earlier so does Wuxian because Yuan will go to a nighthunt. When they walk out of their room, they proceed to their son's room while he was preparing for his departure. Their son is wearing crimson red and black robes with the red ribbon but his forehead ribbon is still there.

"Sizhui, be careful and do your best but not extreme ok?Send us a message through our secret sender that only three of us know, update us all time." Informed wangji with a hint of worry

"Yes fuqin don't worry" he said and hugged the two of them

"Ayaaaa Lan Zhan , our son is good ofcourse he can handle everything right?" He stated and look at his son then winked

"Ofcourse fufu, I'm  the son of the two best Cultivators afterall" he said

The three of them went to the gate where the disciples who will be with him are waiting but ZewuJun is also there. Hen he saw his nephew, he smiled

"Uncle! I'm ready!" Said Yuan as he hug his uncle

"You sure are, go and be careful" he said and pat the younger's head

They all watch the disciples and Yuan's back fade as they walk.
