Ruth, Elizabeth, and Susan

Ruth and Elizabeth lived in a very beautiful 2 story home. They had been dating for 2 years and 6 months. They both deeply loved and cared for one another. They were cuddling and watching Dre when:

*RING RING*

Elizabeth shot her head up not expecting to be called at 11pm. She got up to see who it was.

"H-hello?"

"Hey Elizabeth." Susan said cringing at how nervous she sounded.

"Susan whats wrong?"

"Elizabeth is Ruth with you right now?"

"Yes, why?"

"I..I need to tell you something important if you could meet me at the cafe near your home?"

"Uhmm.. It's late but i could make it."

Susan sighed in relief before saying "Great i'll meet you there." and hanging up.

Elizabeth was confused but if she called her this late it must be important. 

"Hey Ruth?"

"Yes Lizzie?"

"I have to go meet Susan. I'll be back soon."

"Okay." Ruth was also confused but didn't think much of it.

Elizabeth closed the front door and got into her car. it took about 3 minutes to get to the cafe and she saw Susan already inside. She locked her car and went inside. Susan wasnt facing the door so she didnt realize Elizabeth was already there.

"Susan?" 

Susan flinched a little not expecting her as she wasnt paying attention.

"O-oh hey..i ordered you a peach tea as thats what you usually get."

"Oh! thanks!" Elizabeth was very pleased.

"So.. what did you want to talk about?"

"A-ah right.."

Elizabeth tilted her head slightly in confusion.

"Uhm.. I.. like you.." Susan finally said

"Yeah? we're friends of course you like me."

"n-no! not like friends.."

Susan had her face buried deep in her hands.

Elizabeth's face was a pink now.

"aaa I'm sorry.. I know you're with ruth but i had to tell you.."

"o-oh."

Elizabeth's phone went off. Ruth had texted her.

R: Can you come home? im spooked

E: what happened? 

R: I heard a noise outside a window while going to get something from the downstairs closet

E: I'm on my way

"Hey um.. Ruth texted i have to go.."

Susan responded "Mhm" and Elizabeth left.

She got home but it turned out to only be cat outside the window. They went to their bedroom and Ruth quickly fell asleep. But Elizabeth lay in bed confused. 

She loved Ruth but Susan? Susan. She only loves Ruth..Right?
