“Before you ask, You're dead.”

Those were the first words Izuku heard when his vision cleared, not ominous at all.

Looking around, his gaze settled in a swirling humanoid mass of stars. For some reason, Izuku was too calm to be true. So, the only explanation should be this thing doing something to him.

“Oi! A bit of respect here?! I am the equivalent of a God to someone like you!”

“You can read my mind?” Asked Izuku cooly. Would his responses be so smooth, if he was this calm in his original world?

“As I said, I am the equivalent of a God! Of course, I can read minds. And yes, I am the one calming your mind. So, we can have a proper conversation.”

Izuku nodded, “Makes sense.”

“You probably wish to know where you are, what happened, and how to go from now on, right?”

Izuku nodded again, opting to not say anything.

“Okay, huh... Firstly, you died by fighting Overhaul, you just don't remember because of the shock. Second, this is the afterlife, normally people would be judged and either reincarnated without any of the previous life memories or be sent to Heaven/Hell. Third, you are not in any of the above categories. No, you're from the hidden one, where a God takes an interest and offer to make a deal.”

Izuku was silent for a bit, before asking the most important question, “Is Eri safe...?” He inquired with such emotion that the strange God became a little stunned to see his powers over emotion being negated. But, then he chuckled gently, “Yes, she is. And I will make sure it stays like that.”

Izuku nodded gently, before settling into calmness again, and asking, “What's the deal...?”

The God smirked.

“Transmigration with a new body similar to your own! And a, huh, how they call it... Ah! A Cheat!”

“So, what's the catch...?” There is no way Izuku would just believe something like this, without having his doubts.

“As strange as this sounds like, I just want to see the changes you'll bring to one of my worlds! You wouldn't believe how bored I have been lately!”

Izuku lifted an eyebrow at that, doing something like transmitting someone to one of your worlds just because of boredom? Yeah, Right. Gods are strange.

The being in question just shrugged off his thoughts about him/her? He does not know.

“There's nothing worse than boredom, but hey! If you do succeed in this world, you can probably have a chance of returning to your, own world! Isn't this a good deal for someone who should have to stay dead, otherwise?”

Izuku nodded, before thinking his options, who were none at all.

*Sigh* “I accept.”

The strange God clapped his hands(?)

“Good! Your transmission will begin in a few minutes. So, I'll just give you the rundown of your new world!”

Izuku listed intently.

“In this world, all supernatural stories, legends, and myths are real. There are, however, three main factions you should remember. They are The Devil Faction, The Angel Faction, The Fallen Faction, and The Hero Faction. The last one being less heroic than it sounds, so be careful.”

Izuku was forming a prosecution plan on his head. Everything that this God was saying sounds cliche, and that... That's bad in his opinion because he had a good idea of the inner workings of this world operation process.

“If you want to be a useful part of this world, I suggest you to, join Rias peerage as a Shadow Piece. It'll give you a front seat to almost all main events”

(AN: Shadow Pieces are less trusted members of a peerage because they are not bonded to anyone. They can act as a sort of wild card, both good and bad. This gives me more freedom, cause if I want Izuku to encounter a crossover character, it can come or defect from another peerage!”

“I see... Thank you for the advice...”

“Now, for your Cheat! Because you died to Overhaul, I decided to give you his ability! along with still retaining One For All and a body strong as a devil! Magic included, and an instinctive knowledge of how to use it all to the intermediate level!”

Izuku was surprised but grateful. It'll be easier to find a way to go back to his world if he has more options.

“Now, are you ready?” Izuku nodded in confirmation, “Then, I will begin the transmigration!”

A light started to engulf him, but before he was transferred he heard the God speak again.

“Look, after going out of this room, you'll regain your normal personality again. So, be careful. The only thing I'll change a bit is your unwillingness to kill! Because in this world you'll need to take lives! Just remember who you are in the end and that by taking some lives, others will be saved. As long as you do not kill innocent or needless you're still can be a hero!”

Izuku froze, but give the strange God a firm nod in the end. Signaling his understanding.

The light finally consumed him, completely.
