Pakhi's heart started to beat faster as they reached the venue. Exhaling a heavy breath Pakhi stepped out of the car.
Her heart skipped a beat after noticing Raghav standing there looking nothing but charming in his casual wear.

Pakhi couldn't hide her surprise after seeing him there to receive her.
"I hope ride was fine?" Raghav asked her with smile.
"Yes, it was." Pakhi said her eyes lingered on his face for extra couple of seconds.
"Shall we?" Raghav offered her hand
"Yes. Sure" Pakhi smiled softly as her cheeks flushed a little.
"Damn this singhania" Pakhi muttered under her breath.

An awkward silence spread as they stepped in the elevator. Only sound of their heavy breathing could be heard with both of their hearts beating loudly enough to create hoax in their head. Tension in that metal box thick enough that they could feel the taste in their mouth.
Pakhi gasped as Raghav's fingers brushed to her unknowingly. Their eyes met and none of them could tear away the gaze. Locking them up in the intense eye lock.
Every passing second felt like the eternity.
Sudden ding of the elevator broke their trance.
"We are here." Raghav said ruffling his hair
Pakhi just nodded.
