Love At First Sight: A Happy Ending.

Chapter 4: Friends.

Jungkook drove to my place. He was astonished by the look of my house. "You have a really beautiful house Mia" He smiled at me and I was happy for him, Jungkook said my house was really beautiful. It looked simple though but I'm glad that Jungkook said my house was beautiful. Now I was getting to know him better. He isn't that cold. He was cute and kinda hot. What am I thinking? He is my boss. I got down from the car. Before I was going to the house, I decided to thank him for saving my life. I stopped my tracks and turned to him.

"Jungkook, Thank you for saving my life, I appreciate it a lot. " I smiled and I could see it in his eyes that he was surprised. "You are welcome" He replied with a smile. I smiled back. When Jungkook was going, I came back to him and said. "Your coat" but Jungkook refused to take it back. "Keep it. " I raised my eyebrow and Jungkook got kinda shy for saying that.

"T... thank you. Okay, I have to go in before my brother gets worried. Bye." Jungkook stopped me before I can enter my home. "Hey, since we don't know each other very much, can we be friends?" Jungkook asked making me look at him very surprised. I smiled and I nodded.

"Of course. I will be your friend. Infant this is your gift from me. I will be your friend. " You can see it in his eyes that he got shocked and I  waved at him before entering my humble home.

"Did she accept my request? Yes, she did, she did" Jungkook was so excited that he started playing loud music in his car.

I smiled at Jungkook's reaction. Then my brother opened the door. And he suddenly opened his arms. "MIA" He yelled and hugged me very tightly. I was suffocating and wanted some air.  "Oppa, I can't breathe"

"Sorry, where were you, and what happened to your shirt?" Jin sounded so worried and I smiled to myself.

"Calm down Oppa, I'm fine and thanks to my boss, I was saved from a stranger who tried to rape me, "I said and dropped my bag on the couch. He looked at me puzzled.

"Are you okay, did he do something to you?" Jin came towards me and sounded worried. " Yes Oppa, only my shirt that was ripped off nothing is wrong." I smiled and he sighed in relief. He was cute, super cute. What is happening to me? Why is my heart beating so fast. 

"Ahh thank Goodness and you should be happy you have a kind boss Mia" He stood up and went to the kitchen to make some dinner for the two of us to eat.

I was exhausted today even if it was my first job today, I had a lot of things going on in my mind. I stood to go for a quick shower before I come downstairs to eat with my brother. I went to my room and went to my bathroom. 5 minutes later, I was done with my shower and I went to my closet and selected purple pajamas which had sparkles in them.

It was my favorite outfit too. It was comfy and it was oversized but I loved it anyway.  I got ready and went downstairs whiles my brother was putting the food on the dining table. The dishes were so mouthwatering. I could barely stop drooling over it.

"Wow, Oppa it looks delicious," I said going to the table and grabbing my seat

"Wait until you try some" He replied, then we started eating. I took a handful and it was super delicious. My brother is the best chef ever. "Yummy, it tastes even good than the appearance," I smiled and he chuckled in response.

"Thank you.  Ok,  hurry up and go to bed, you don't want to be late for work as you did today."He claimed and continued to eat the food that he made. I nod my head as a yes and I too proceeded with my food

10mintues later, we are done with our meal and I helped my brother with washing the dishes before I got to bed. After washing, I hugged my brother and he gave me goodnight kisses on my cheeks and my forehead.

I went upstairs to my room and before I could sleep, I did some file work. It took me almost an hour but I could finish the work. I packed the files in my bag and jumped on my bed. I watched the ceiling and was thinking about what Jungkook said earlier.

"If I get hold of that bastard who did this to my love, I will kill him" I was recalling everything and I could feel my heart beating so fast and my cheeks were burning just because I was blushing. I hid my face in my pillow and I fell asleep.

On the other hand, Jungkook got home and his servants took his belongings to his room before he could get into his room, he heard someone from nowhere had hugged him from the back and it was his own best friend, Kim Taehyung.

Kim Taehyung is Jungkook's childhood best friend. He is older than Jungkook but sometimes he behaves like a child. He is an acting teacher in Seoul's Junior high school. Everyone there loves him especially the girls. He is handsome and cute.

He is very helpful and takes good care of his younger friend, Jungkook. He is 25 years old. He is single and he likes it that way. He is always busy and doesn't have time to look for a girlfriend. He knows that fate will bring him a wonderful girlfriend. What a silly thought he has hahaha.

"Hey kookie," Taehyung said Jungkook's nickname. Jungkook smiled and turned to face him.

"Hi hyung, so what are you doing down here in the middle of the night?" Jungkook uttered before taking a seat on the sofa. Taehyung joined him and started the conversation.

"Well, I just wanted to get water from the kitchen and I heard your car's horn," Taehyung claimed and Jungkook smirked.  "Why didn't you ask the servents to get you water?" Jungkook disclosed the fact but Taehyung just smiled at him before saying

"You know that I like to get things myself" Jungkook rolled his eyes as what Taehyung was saying was funny.

"Okay, suits yourself, " Jungkook said a d Taehyung smiled. He was searching for someone else until Taehyung stated.

"If you are looking for Yoongi, he is probably asleep from all the works he had been doing these days." Taehyung sips his water. Jungkook nods his head. Taehyung then asked him this silly question. "So, what about you and your girl?" Taehyung teasingly smiled making Jungkook chuckle.

"Well I saved her from a rapist and I handed my coat to her as a gift from me because that idiot ripped her shirt so I didn't want to watch my love in this condition and we became friends," Jungkook said and Taehyung gasp in surprise

"Wow Jungkook, I didn't know you are so generous I mean you always look cold and strict but in you, you are soft, I'm impressed,".  Taehyung then asked a question that made Jungkook smile.

" So... when are you gonna tell her the truth?"

"Well, when the right time comes Taehyung." Jungkook put his hand on Taehyung's shoulder and stood up. "Okay, I have to go to bed see you in the morning, Romeo." Taehyung started teasing Jungkook and got up from the couch.

"Yeah bye, alien" Jungkook used Taehyung's nickname and waved at him before going up to his room. Jungkook showered and came to his closet and picked a night white shirt and red comfy night pants.

He left his wet and took out his laptop. Jungkook doesn't like eating often so he just sleeps with hunger. Jungkook was still thinking about me.

Jungkook then realized he said something back there.
"If I get hold of that bastard who did this to my love, I will kill him" Jungkook then widened his eyes because he said this and I was with him but he cleared that off from his mind because he thought I didn't hear it from him. He wasn't focusing on his laptop and he closed it and placed it down.

Why Mia, why? Why do you have to change me from my cold self? Why are you in my head since the day I saw you at the park? I can't stop thinking about you." Jungkook was still thinking about me and without noticing it, he fell asleep while dreaming about me all night.
