Vultures

Standing outside of the gate, V.O.T.A was anxious. The media swamed around the front entrance, blocking the way in. Being vigilantes, the media was something to be  avoided. And even if they weren't, the swarm of reporters were intimidating. The reporters luckily hadn't noticed the growing group of kids standing behind them. Currently, V.O.T.A, Shinso, Midorya, Momo, Uraracka, Nejire, Tamaki, and Mirio all eyed the reporters wearily.

"Welp. I'm not going in there." Miko said, turning to Eve. "Any ideas on how to get to class without facing a mob?" She asked. Eve turned towards the forest and started to walk in, gesturing for the others to follow. They all did. The group walked a little ways away from the main road before going up to the wall that surrounded the campus.

"We can always go over the wall. The security system won't activate because we're all students here." Eve said.

"All right!" Mirio said, he then ran to the wall, attempting to go through it. He didn't, and ended up running head first into the wall. Alex and Sabine supressed a snort of laughter.

"Oh, right. I forgot to mention the wall is covered in quirk suppressing shield so your quirk won't work on it. I asked Nezu too add it a few days ago. Sorry about your face but at least  I know it works." Eve said. Midorya pulled a notebook out of no where and started mumbling on about how it worked, causing Mirio to laugh.

"That's ok!" Uraracka said, ignoring the muttering Midorya next to her. "I can float people up!" She cheered.

"But you might float some one in to the sun." Shinso said monotonously.

" don't worry! I can make some rope so we don't fly away." Momo said.  "although who here can fly or climb over easily so me and Uraracka can save our quirks. So if you can fly or get over the wall raise your hand." Miko, Eve, Nejire, Tamaki, and Uraracka all raised their hands. 

"I can carry someone." Miko said. Sabine and Alex got a gleam in their eyes.

"YOU SHOULD CARRY BELLE!!!" they both yelled, pushing their friend at Miko. Belle screached, turning into a tomatoe. Miko did the same,  exept she didn't shreek. They were gonna say more but the others, realizing what was happening, quickly went to the others who could get over the wall, forcing Miko and Belle to hold onto each other.

Shinso, Midorya, Momo, and Sabine all grabbed a rope Momo had made and tied it around their waists. Nejire blasted herself over, taking the ropes over with Mirio on her back. Uraracka went over to the four tied to the rope and used her quirk on them. The four floated upward, gaining a few suprised shouts from them.

The group was yanked over from the other side, going over the wall and seeing Nejire and Mirio pulling them towards the ground. A few seconds after their all fully down, Uraracka released her quirk. They took off the ropes and put them in the empty space of Midorya's backpack. In a minute, a few octopus tentacles come over the side, and Tamaki comes over with a screeching Alex on his back. Miko flew over with Belle in her arms after, both blushing like crazy and looking extremely awkward. Eve is the last one over, using some stray Wifi waves to bound over the wall while Uraracka clung to them.

Was this all complicated and unnecessary?

Yes.

Did they care?

No.

The group picked up their stuff and walked back to the main walkway.

When Aizawa had been informed by Iida, punctual as ever, that the media was swarming the front gate he immediately went to go clear it up. He was not expecting to hear some rumbling from the forest as he was headed towards the gate. He redied his capture weapon, preparing to attack whomever came out.

He was definitely not expecting to see his problem children along with the big three come out of the forest while having what looked like a pleasant conversation. They all immediately stopped talking when they saw him.

He sighed, lowering his capture weapon and pinching the bridge of his nose. "Problem children, what were you doing in the woods?" He asked.

"We went over the wall because the media are vultures and I'm not going into that pack of hungry sharks. Nu uh. Not today, satan." Alex said, flailing his arms around to emphasize his point. Aizawa was quiet for a minute. He knew not all of them could get over on their own, so they had to have worked together.

He decided to let it slide, just this once. They probably did some form of teamwork, so he decided to count this as team training. Mabey he would consider scheduling a group training with class 3-a if they get along this well. It would be the logical thing to do.

"Fine. Just hurry up and get to class. Iida's already there." He said, brushing them off. Midorya immediately went to the big three plus Eve and started asking them questions about their quirks, once again pulling his notebook and a pencil out of nowhere. The rest of the group laughed but ended up answering all of his questions. You couldn't see it, but Aizawa was smiling at the Interaction. His problem children were making friends.

He sighed, mentally preparing himself for facing the hoard of reporters at the front gate.

"What the hell!?!?" Shigiraki whisperd to himself. He was placing all five fingers, both hands, on the U.A emergency gate. Usually, when he placed all five fingers on something, it would disintegrate under his touch. But for some reason, it wasn't. He was about to attack one of the reporters out of anger when a purple portal was under him, pulling him back to the bar.

"How did it go?" Kurogiri asked where he was drying a glass that hadn't even been used yet.

Shigiraki scowled. "It failed. For some reason my quirk didn't work on it."

He heard a small hum from the screen, signaling that his Sensei was going to speak. "A quirk suppressing coating. It seems Nezu has gotten smarter. Well, no matter. We still got what we need. In a few weeks time, the symbol of peace will be dead."
