Ugh...... Why did I buy that stupid thing! "Hermione darling, are you up yet?" I hear my mum call to me. Just as I'm about to respond, i come to a realization....... IT'S MY 18TH BIRTHDAY!!!!! "I'll be down soon! " I yell back to my mum. Now I'm excited! ----------------- Monica (Hermoine's mum) POV:
I can't believe! My baby is turning 18! I turn around to my husband and when I see his glum face, I remember what this birthday means for our family....... ----------------- Robert (Hermoine's dad) POV:
'Can't we just have one more week together!' is all I can think as I look around the room. The pictures of me and Hermoine just make my heart ache even more but when I see that my wife has figured out what happens today, I know that I need to be strong for her and my little girl. -----------------
Hermoine's POV:
I finally finish getting ready and I'm wearing. A light flowy dress that Ginny got me for my Christmas last year, some heels I found in Spain, when I was on holiday and a seahorse necklace that I just received from Fred in the mail! My hair is in a bun at the back but some of it is still falling down the back. Also, I have my favourite brown bag on that I got in the mail last year, it was from the initials BZ but I'm not sure who has those initials (obviously I made sure it was safe to use) and my makeup is a bit of a natural look but not as casual as usual.

"Darling, are you almost ready? We have guests!" My mum yelled up the stairs. Guests? Who would come now? The weasleys? No, I'm seeing them in a couple of days, in hogsmeade. Luna? No, she said she was hunting for nargles today with a cousin. But none of my other friends know I live here so who could it be? I snapped out of my thoughts when my mum yelled for me again. Now I was confused. "Coming!" is all I could say as I slowly walked downstairs, still deep in thought. "We're in the lounge, sweetie." My dads voice rung out. Who was we? When I finally reached the lounge, which didn't take long, I saw someone who seemed familiar but I couldn't recognise him. My dad spoke as my mum started to sniffle and tears fell from her eyes." Hermoine, these are the Zabinis." That's why he looked so familiar, Blaise Zabini is a Slytherin in my year but he wasn't a bully, although he hung out with Malfoy. Wait! Why is he here...........
