Years ago there was a war between supernatural and humans. A lot of supernatural died off and now only a few supernatural are left most just went into hiding but the ones that were strong enough don't care and talk about there power most humans hate supernal. Some supernatural are imprisoned for used their power others only use it if they have to. Teleportation is one of the only abilities humans allow.
