Izuku entered the office of principle Nezu. The blue and white room filled with the student council, teachers, and Uraraka. "You called sir?" He asked in a hoarse voice. His transformation has taken a toll on his body. He was becoming more and more a son of Klymyys. Sooner or later he will be human only be appearance.

"Yes Mr. Midoriya. Something has come to my attention and it cannot be dismissed. Take a seat." He ordered. Izuku nodded. "Now let us begin. The court has given me the right to act as judge. This case is between Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka. Now then. We have Mr. Watakawi. His quirk functions as a lie detector with a .999% margin of error. Do you both consent to this trail going public?"

"Yes Sir." Izuku said. "Yes." Uraraka answered.

"Good. Ms. Uraraka, you claim that Mr. Midoriya raped you while you were dating. Correct?" He asked the damsel. "Yes sir." She said innocently. Her face twisting into a frown. Sobs echoed.

"Hmmm. Midoriya, how do you plead?" He asked. "Innocent from all charges." He said determined. "The plaintiff may speak."

"It was June 23rd 2540. At the time Izuku and I were dating. One day he came to my room and locked the door. He forced himself on me while abusing me physically. He next day he came back. He beat me violently and said, 'If you tell anyone I will kill you.'" She proclaimed while crying. Pictures were shown as she spoke. Bruises.

"If I may. Those bruises could be caused by anything. Plus according to her the supposed incident took place 2 weeks before I was convicted. Bruises heal within that time span meaning you got them much earlier." Izuku noted. "Hmm. Mr. Midoriya would you like to continue?"

"Yes. I have a theory of what happened. My theory is that she had an affair." Izuku said crossing his legs. Gasps.

"Well. When I was convicted she was huddling for comfort. Usually when I a relationship you get attached to the male so females are more likely to bare with it. And wouldn't be funny if your mate suddenly rape you once then stopped? Plus who were you huddling with? Bakugo. Interesting, instead of Tsu you chose my worst enemy, Bakugo. Now then. Has anyone seen her act differently?" He asked the audience. A council member raised their hand. Kendo. "Yes, she's been hesitant to fight and has been guarding her stomach a lot." She answered. "Interesting. Now for the rest of my theory."

"Ochako Uraraka cheated on me with Katsuki Bakugo. She got pregnant by him. She frames me for rape soon after. After that she decides to keep the baby but Bakugo didn't. They spilt. Has anyone noticed the bump in her stomach. I've been gone for 3 months. Baby bumps appear within the first trimester. This device in my chest monitors vitals. It can monitor hers aswell." he ranted. He used the badge and scanned her. "On screen."

"WELL--uhh your the father!" Uraraka shouted. "According to the DNA I'm not. Y'know why? I'm not fully human. I'm half human, 3 quarters Necrofriggian and 1 quarter To'kustar as confirmed by Commander Stacker Pentecost of the Plumber Corps." Izuku announced. The man who resembled Indris Elba. "It's true. Quirks came from us breeding with aliens. But he is partially alien. He is mostly Necrofriggian though. Partially human with some To'kustar DNA mixed in." He testified. His rugged voice resonating through the room.

"So. That DNA scan shows that it's 100% human. If it weren't then we'd find traces of my blood in your blood stream. But nope. None. So as you can see Ochako Uraraka otherwise known as Uravity is a liar, a cheater, a manipulator and guilty of constructing false charges. I rest my case."

Silence.

"Mr. Watakawi?"

"Well. Everything Izuku said apart from his theory is true. He did not rape her. And everything she said as false." He said seriously.

"Well my verdict shall be..... I find Izuku Midoriya innocent of all charges. Ochako Uraraka will be sent to jail for 2 years. Court adjourned." With one faithful swing of the gamble Izuku's fate was sealed.

He was free. He bowed and Wales outside to see his friends and family. Mei and Melissa basically jumped on him out of happiness. "Wow! I'm quite good with the ladies." He glouted. The two girls looked at him then karate chopped them in the neck. "I deserved that." He said rubbing his neck. Melissa latched onto is arm. "Well it's about time." She said. "Your free brother. I'm happy for you." Izuru said. "Now that that is over you can officially become Plumbers. Let's move out boys. And take the girls as well. They're hired too."

"Dont they have parents?" Asked Izuru. "Nope." Mei said scratching her head. "My dad could care less." Melissa admitted.

"Let's go then"
