*TAYLORS POV*
I couldn't see Carol in so much pain. I ran out to the restroom and grabbed out Carols blade that I took from her. One cut for my love for her, another cut for not being a good friend, the last cut for being alive. I washed them up while tears filled my eyes. I went back in, and Carol was still laying there. I went up to her and I saw her eyes open. I went in and asked "What's wrong baby girl?" She started blushing and she still didn't reply. "Baby girl if you are every in pain, tell me. I'm here for you, I'm your knight in shining amour.", she smiled and tried to get up and hug me. I pulled her up and gave her the biggest hug. At the corner of my eye I saw carter, he looked liked really sad. I let go of Carol, and asked Carter, "What wrong?" he whispered"
"Anna cheated on me.", he replied. I saw that coming, I wasn't surprised, but he was so sad. He looked at Carol like he fell in love with her. I was heart brokened, because now my best friend has feelings for the girl I'm in love with.
*FEW HOURS LATER*
The school was closing and Carol woke up. I went up to her and ask "hey, do you need a ride home?" She replied quietly "is anyone going to drive me back?" I smiled and she grabbed her backpack and I held it for her. I opened the door and when we were half way I asked her "will you be my girlfriend." she smiled and nodded. the feeling I never had came I hugged her and didn't concentrate on the rode. Then everything blacked out.
