Amy's POV
Today is the first day of summer. Finally I'm done with high school. I'm playing minecraft at my computer. Jordan is also here. he's on her laptop sitting on my bed, we are playing together My mom and dad last I knew were talking in the living room. My mom knocks slightly on my door before entering. "Hey sweetie" she says nervously "mom is everything okay?" I ask. "Um well you see, your father got a job in New York and we are going to move." She says. "But I don't want to move!" I scream. "I love my life here!" I say almost in tears. Jordan gets up and walks over to me "calm down Amy" he says to me trying to support me. "When are you guys moving?" Jordan asks my mom. "By the end of the month." My mom says. "What! I'm not even going to be able to spend my summer here!" I scream. "Okay jordan I think it's best for you to go home." Says my mom. He picks up his laptop, "can I walk you home?" I ask jordan. He only lives across the road. "Sure."
"I don't want to leave you guys" I tell jordan as I'm walking him home. "You can't. Not after the life we had with you." Jordan says. I blush a little bit he doesn't notice. "I will figure something out" he says seriously. I wave him goodbye when we reach his driveway.
Jordan's POV
I walk inside to see all three of my siblings on the couch. "Meeting. Now." I say speed walking into my room with my siblings following. I could see the worry in their eyes. I haven't called a family meeting in like 2 years. I sit down on my bed with Cierra sitting down next to me. Bethany and Isaac sitting on isaac's bed. "Amy's mom just told us that She's moving at the end of the month." The sorta gasp speechless Intel isaac asks "to where?" "New York" I answer. "What are we going to do, we can't just let her leave." Cierra says. "I know" I answer back quickly "that's why I have a plan."
