The bell rings, Isela and Lily run to the bleachers to meet the boys. "Hey" Isela and Lily scream from a distance. "Oh hi girls." the boys shout back. Isela accidentally drops her binder on her foot as she is running and falls over. Jake starts running over to her to help her and see if she is ok. " Are you ok?" He asks Isela. "Yeah....Well kinda" Isela replies. " Oh here I'll help you up and pick up your things." Jake says. "Thank you Jake!" Isela says. "Yeah of course" Jake says. Isela looks at Jake and blushes aggressively. "Are y'all ready to go?" Nick asks "Yeah, let's go" Isela, Jake, and Lily reply. "Ok let's take my car!" Jake says. "OMG you drive?" Isela asks. "Yeah I do, but then again Nick and I do live on the other side of town." Jake replied. "True" Isela says.
They all walk to Jake's car and get in Isela got front seat next to Jake who was driving. Lily and Nick get into the back seat and just talk and get to know each other all the way to the Cafe even though it is a very short drive. Lily and Nick burst out laughing and Isela and Jake look back to make sure they are not getting into any trouble. "How ya doin' there Lily?" Isela asks. "I'm good....why do you ask?" Lily replies. "Oh no reason...It's just when you and I met this morning you were all shy and now you're being social? Oh wait I see why never mind." Isela says "Oh shut up" Lily says as she rolls her eyes. "I'm just saying" Isela says. They all arrive at Lakeside Cafe and grab a booth. Lily and Isela walk to the bathroom, talk about Nick and Lily's conversation and get freshened up then go sit down with the boys. The boys ask "what took you girls so long?" and laugh. "Oh nothing just girl things you know?" Isela says. " Oh sure." Jake and Nick say. "Seriously we were." Isela says. "Ok whatever you say Isela." Jake says. They all laugh. "I'm going to go get myself a drink....Do you guys want anything?" Isela says. "sure, but I'm going to pay." Jake says "No I wanna pay." Isela says. "Not letting that happen..the guy is always supposed to pay."Jake says "true...very true"Nick says "Ugh fine, but I'm coming with you to order." Isela says. "OK then let's go"Jake says. "What would you like Lily and Nick?" Isela asks. "Oh just a water for me" Lily says. "Can I get a large coffee?" Nick asks. "Of course." Isela says. "you coming Isela?"Jake says. "Yes..I was just asking the others what they would like." Isela says. "Oh ok. Do you know what you would like?" Jake asks "Yes I do. I would like a mocha with a caramel shot please." Isela says. "Hey thats what I like and order all the time." Jake says "Wait really?" Isela asks. "Yeah." Jake says "wow"Isela says. Jake orders the drinks and asks Isela "want anything to eat?" "no I'm good rn." Isela replies. "ok"Jake says. They get their drinks then walk back to the Table. " we are back" Jake and Isela say. "Yay" Lily says. "You seem happy." Nick says. "Ya, I'm just really thirsty." Lily says. "thirsty for what?" Nick asks. "Oh shut up." Lily says as she rolls her eyes. Nick and Jake laugh. "oh be quiet"Lily says as she laughs. "You are welcome" Nick says "welcome for what?" Lily asks. "Making you laugh." Nick says. "OMG." Lily says as she laughs harder. " Are you gonna be OK?" Jake asks Lily. "I'm not sure she is....." Isela says jokingly. Lily calms down and rests her head on Nicks shoulder. "Is it ok that I do this?" Lily asks. "yeah of course" Nick says "Ok." Lily replies as she smiles. "I have to admit your really cute Lily." Nick says. "awe thank you." Lily replies and smiles bigger. Nick smiles big and tries to hide it. "Oh Nick has a crush...." Jake says " ouuuuuuu" Isela says. "Oh shush" Nick says. "I'm just stating the facts" Jake says. "ok and" Nick says "you didn't deny it." Jake says. "because honestly I kinda do." Nick says Lily lifts her head off his shoulder and looks at him and asks "Really? you do? ON me?" " yes" Nick says as he blushes. "No one has ever liked me before." Lily says. "well I do so yeah" Nick says. "well then. now that I guess we are exposing our crushes imma say who mine is." Lily says. "Who is it Lily?" Isela asks. "Honestly its Nick."Lily says. "Lily I have a question." Nick says "yes what is it?" Lily says. "will you be my girlfriend?" Nick asks. "yes" Lily replies. "who is your crush Isela?" Nick asks "Um its Jake." Isela says "Oh really? Because your my crush." Jake says. "Didn't see that one coming." Isela says "Well its true so wanna be my girlfriend?" Jake asks "Yes!" Isela says with excitement. "ok then double double date sometime?" Jake asks "Isn't this a double date?" Nick says "I guess it is...yeah let's go with that." Jake says. "I guess we could say that, yeah!" Isela says. "sure" Lily says. " so what do you all want to do?" Jake asks. "Um....How about we go to the senior party tonight?" Nick asks. "I'm down." Jake says. "Sure why not." Isela says. "Sure I guess" Lily says. "Ok Nick and I will pick you ladies up at 6 pm?" Jake asks. "that sounds good with me." Isela says. "Yeah thats good" Lily says. "Lily? Wanna stay at my house until the boys pick us up so they only have to go to one house?" Isela asks. "Sure let me convince my mom to let me first." Lily says. "You could just sneak out." Isela says.
