I couldn't possibly have a crush on Kaeya, I mean I've known him for about a year now. You sit puzzled in your room looking down at you boots. You hear a knock on the door and look up, it's Paimon. "Hello sunshine, you ok? You look like you haven't eaten in days, you're a bit pale," "Oh uhm yeah I'm fine eheheh," Amber leans close and stares straight into my eyes like she's going to murder me within seconds. "Tell me what's wrong really," I look at her like I was going to burst out it tears but don't. "I think...I have a crush on Kaeya," She gapes her mouth open and screams. "Oh my god!!! Are you for real?! You have a freakin crush on Kaeya!" "Shut up Paimon not so loud omg! Do you want to be emergency food?!" "N-no Paimon will be quiet now," "Thankyou," Paimon disappears as she hears footsteps come towards the door. I get worried as to who it may be. What if it's Kaeya? What if he heard me? What if the little snitch Paimon tells him? I had so many questions in my head as the footsteps grew louder and louder as they got closer and closer to my door, then there was a halt and a sudden conversation. I put my head to my wall and listen close but quietly so I do not get heard myself. It sounds like a guard talking to what sounds to be the voice of Diluc.

"Yes I'll be ready for tonight," he spoke so softly but still being very intimidating. "Ok sir, just make sure to bring the you know what for Y/N," I thought to myself, what on earth is Diluc doing and surely he knows I'm in my room, he's not that thick is he? The conversation ends and they leave, I watch as they walk away but notice Kaeya walking towards me.
I whisper to him. "Kaeya, come here I need you," "O-oh Y/N! What's up?" I tell him about what I heard. "O-oh that's interesting...did you hear anything else?" "N-no that's it, sorry," "It's ok, you shouldn't be sorry,"

"What is this guy planning?" "I- don't know...however, we do have the Monstradt dance tonight, maybe it has something to do with that!" "You are so smart Kaeya, that's what I love about your personality, you think things through," He lets out a laugh and then murmurs "I like everything about you," "What was that?" "O-oh nothing," he lets out a warming smile then says goodbye. "I'll come back later to escort you to the dance?" I smirk "a-are you asking me on a date to the dance?" He turns into a tomato "w-what th-that's absurd! A proper knight would ask with charm and confidence! But, yes I am," "Then it's settled, Kaeya Ragnvindr, I accept your invitation to the Monstradt dance!"
Kaeya smiles and wanders off. You feel your heart explode with happiness and let out a heartwarming scream. You were so excited, however whatever Diluc was planning had still not left my mind, what was he going to do to me at the dance? Will I be safe with Kaeya? What am I saying of course I will be safe with Kaeya, I trust him the most out of everyone in the world (apart from my brother of course).
