Sniper and Medic came through the door, blood falling to the ground. Medic lay Sniper down on the patient bed, and turned to collect bandages and other equipment as Sniper removed his shirt to be treated. Snipers breathing was fast and laboured, he had been shot many times before, but not like this.
Medic came back with bandages and some scalpels to finally treat Sniper. Medic inserted the scalpels into Snipers gunshot wound to try and take out the bullet, Sniper groaning in pain. A black stone-shaped bullet was finally pulled out of the wound about 3 minutes later. Sniper was requested to hold a tissue on the gunshot wound to try and stop the bleeding, as Medic sorted out the bandages. Sniper did as he was told and held onto the wound as hard as he could, his breathing still fast. Finally, Medic had unraveled the bandages, ready to wove Sniper in them. But Sniper had lost so much blood he started to feel light-headed. He passed out, his hand still holding down the tissue. Medic started to panic a bit, but finally brought himself together.

Sniper awoke, his body aching and still feeling light headed. He lifted up the blanket he was wrapped in, to see the faint stain of blood showing through the bandages. He looked around for a bit, and Medic finally fell within his view, sitting at his desk with his head in his hands. Sniper groaned in pain, grabbing the area of the gunshot, making Medic turn around in his spin-chair. Medic leaped up from his seat and ran to hug Sniper. Sniper went red a little bit in the face as Medics warm body pressed against his.
'You had me worried, Sniper! You were out for ages!' Medic said, still hugging Sniper. 'How long was I out for, Mate?' Asked Sniper as Medic finally gave him some space. 'About 2 and a half hours.' Said Medic, holding his hands behind his back, smiling a bit.
'Bloody hell... I must have lost a lot of blood then...'
'Yes, you did. You are lucky though, if I had just left you in the battlefield, you probably would have bled to death.' Said Medic, chuckling nervously. 'But I didn't leave you back at the battlefield, because 1. You're my teammate, and 2. I care about you.'
Sniper smiled. 'Out of the whole team, I think you're the only one who would really say that...' Sniper blushed a bit.
Medic handed Sniper a box. 'In the box there's pain killers, bandages and more stuff to help with your recovery,' Said Medic, proudly. 'If you ever feel like you need to talk about your injury, you know where to find me.'
Sniper stared at Medic for a few seconds, his inner urge to press his lips against Medics. Medics happy smile made Sniper feel warm inside, his heart rate speeding up. He quickly shook his head back into reality. 'Th-thanks for your help doc...' Said Sniper shyly. He quickly grabbed the box, his hat, glasses and his shirt and dashed out the door, his face more red than his team uniform after his encounter with the doctor. Confused, Medic scratched his head. His trusty bird friend, Archimedes, flew over onto Medics shoulder, snuggling up against Medics face. Medic smiled as he gave Archimedes his daily scratches, then he sat down at his desk unorganised desk, ready to fill out some paperwork.
