Dungeon Crawl

Link's POV

I've been here for a while now. (Y/N) is in the bath-house and Tyra has been keeping me company and shoving me with food. I guess it's just her natural mom instincts. She's also been teasing him a lot, telling him to come here naked and- *blush* letsnottalkaboutthat!

Tyra "So Link... do you live alone?"

Tyra's question snapped me out of my dirty fantasies and back to reality.

Link "Hm? Yeah... i used to have a family, well not really an actual family, just a bunch of friends that i considered family, but..."

Tyra "But...?"

Link "Well, it's a long story"

Tyra "I see... well i hope you can tell me when you feel more comfotable."

Link "Yeah, i will."

A moment of silence fell between us as Tyra simply looked into the flames of her fireplace. As i ate, i thought of any topics to share to lighten the mood.

Link "So... what does (Y/N) usually do?"

Tyra "Hm? Oh our schedule usually change day to day. He usually goes out into the forest and comes back whenever he feels like it. Usually when the sun starts to set. I also give him lessons in magic and potions, he's a quick learner, and a lot smarter than he looks."

Link "Oh cool. Ever taught him to use a sword?"

Tyra "Not really. Im not very good with a sword myself hehe" Tyra laughed, embarassed.

Link "Maybe i could train him someday."

Tyra "Oh sure! Oh! And teach him to use a bow while you're at it. He's not very good with it either..." she whispered that last part.

I nodded and after that, i heard the door clicked open to reveal (Y/N) wearing a (F/C) sleeveless hoodie and shorts. His outfit revealed all the tattoos on his arm and legs. I gotta admit, he looks beautiful.

Okay some of you might get a bit confused here when Link mentioned 'tattoos.' Your chatacter was born with black matkings on his arms that are basically just part of his skin, but Link obviously can't tell that apart from being tattoos so he just assumes the latter.

(Y/N) "Stop staring..." he whined

After he said that, i snaped out of my trance once more and shook my head.

(Y/N) "So, where are we gonna go?"

Link "Ah right! We're going to a dungeon!"

*Tyra facepalms*

(Y/N) ".... a dungeon....?"

Link "Yes! You know go adventuring, find a dungeon, mark it on our map, go in, fight monsters, defeat the boss, get loot, and then get out!"

(Y/N) "Hmm... okay. Sounds fun."

I stood up and signalled him to follow me. Before leaving, we shared a few farewells to Tyra.

Link "You sure you don't wanna join?"

Tyra "Oh it's fine! You two go and have fun!"

Link "Alright! I'll bring him back safely, see ya Tyra!"

(Y/N) "Bye mom!" He said as Tyra gave him a quick hug.

I helped (Y/N) up Epona before climbing up myself. We looked back and wabed at Tyra before leaving. I kept Epona at a steady pace as we're not in any particular rush.

(Y/N) held on to my waist to keep his balance, which made me blush, but hey! You won't see me complaining! But other than that, he stayed relatively quiet, only looking atound the surrounding landscape which admitedly is quite beautiful. From lush thick forests of Tyra's Domain to the grasslands of Hyrule and the occasional ruins and wildlife that dot the landscape. After awhile, we made it to the place.

(Y/N) "Whoaa..."

A large stone door leading to an underground dungeon that's built into a mountainside. I got down from Epona and (Y/N) hopped down too.

We both walked to the front of the stone doors and stood there. Eventually (Y/N) turned to me.

(Y/N) "So how do we open it?"

Oh crap

Link "Uhh... hang on a sec, let me open it."

This isn't good...

I started to scramble around the doors searching for a button to press or maybe a lever i could pull. I tried pushing and pulling the doors too while (Y/N) simply stoon and watched me. This is embarrassing...

(Y/N) "Sooo...."

Link "Hang on! Almost got it..!" I say as i desperately try to push open the large stone doors.

Link "Ugh... *out of breath*"

(Y/N) "You don't know how to open it do you?" He said with a smug grin.

Link "Hmph! You try it if you think you're so smart!"

I walked back to my original place as (Y/N) walked to the doors. He began rubbing the walls a little and pushed one of the stones in. He took a few steps back and the doors rolled open.

Link "WHA-?!"

He looked at me with a smug grin mockingly as i pouted and went into the dungeon with him following next to me.

We moved through dimly lit stone halls covered in moss and plantlife. Tje floor, walls, ceiling, everything is covered in a thick layer of dust.

(Y/N) "Huh... looks like no one's been in here for a long time..."

Link "even better! That means all the treasure is still in here!"

(Y/N) "Got an eye for gold huh?"

Link "Not really. But every dungeon should have a good reward at the end.

Oliver "COUGH COUGH FANTASY-BASED RPG GAMES"

(Y/N) "the hell was that?!"

Oliver "Oh shi-"

*BEEEP*
(Let's reqind time a little here...)

(Y/N) "Got an eye for gold huh?"

Link "Hmm... yeah :3"

(Y/N) "Heh... the shiny stuff draws in the Link..."

Link "What? It's always useful!"

(Y/N) "Yeah, but we're plundering them from dead cultures. What do you say to that, hero?"

Link "What do they need gold for? They're dead!"

(Y/N) and Link "Hahahahahah!!"

Link "Aahhh..."

(Y/N) "But seriously though we're both thieves."

Link "Yeah i know."

Aaannndd that's a wrap!! I hope you guys liked the more comedic aspect of this chapter, i wanted to give you all a laugh, or at least a smile. As usual, i'll see you in the next chapter! See ya!!
