I swear to god butterflies were floating everywhere in my body.
"KK IS BACK!" Neek shouted from downstairs.
It startled both of us which broke the kiss. We both looked at each other and smiled. We walked downstairs acting like nothing happened. KK bought every single kind of candy you could name, He also bought a bunch of Faygo. He got me my pineapple faygo too. We all sat on the couch, Lathan sat next to me and we shared a blanket. We all had our popcorn and candy and drinks. I cried a good 4 times watching the movie. ( I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE MOVIE! IT IS SAD BUT VERY GOOD!) Every time I would cry, Lathan would give me a hug and say "everything is ok." Damn I need someone to say that to me everyday.
It was about 7 when the movie ended. KK ordered more postmates because we were all hungry again. Lathan and I were chilling on the couch. I was leaned up against him while his arm was around me. We were listening to the album 'NOW THE MOON'S RISING' by Suicideboys and just taking hits off our Juul's.
I woke up and it was dark. I grabbed my phone and checked the time.

I sat up quickly and I accidentally startled Lathan.
"What's wrong?" He sat up.
"I read the time wrong" I chuckled.
"Thought it was 10:30, but it's only 9:30." I let out a deep breath.
"What time do you have to be back?" Lathan leaned back.
"11" I leaned against him.
