I was woken up by the sun shinning through the window. I sat up. Lathan grunted and rubbed his eyes as the sun was right in his face. I looked at the clock.
----6:58am---
I got up and stretched. "where you goin?" Mosey groaned.
"My bed, come on." I pulled Lathan off the couch. I grabbed the blanket, folded it and put it on the back of the couch. I walked upstairs and Lathan followed right behind. I opened my bedroom door. My room was dark, tank god someone made blackout curtains. (I think that's what they're called) My led lights made my room glow a light purple and the scent of roses filled my room. I closed the door behind Lathan. "Give me your phone." I grabbed an extra charger out of my basket on my dresser. I plugged the charger into the outlet by the bedside mosey was sleeping on. I put his phone on the Charger, and mine on my charger. We got back in bed and went to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of my aunt talking to someone. She must have been on the phone. I pulled a blanket over me and listened to her talk. "How am I supposed to tell her that?" She sounded upset. I looked at Lathan, he was sound asleep. "How the hell am I supposed to tell my niece that I have to go on a work trip for 2 months?" She was starting to get angry. I looked at my phone, I had a few text messages. It was 10:15am, I opened the messages.

The rest of the boys asked if I have seen Lathan. Then there was texts from Abigal.

"No, She has a friend over." I heard her stop in front of my door, then walk away. I got out of bed, making sure not to wake Lathan. I walked to my door and opened it, Closing it softly. I heard a soft sigh come from downstairs.
