You woke up 2 house later remembering what happen with Jaden at the mall and tears filled you eyes. You get up to get Ava and she's not there and you start freaking out so you run downstairs
B: WHERES AVA AT
N: Brooke chill she was crying so I got her from you room
You go over and take her from Nick and hug her
Sarah: You wanna talk to us about what happen??
You sniffle
B: Ya I guess
You put Ava in her walker and give her some bananas then go sit on the couch with everyone
You take a deep breath and start talking
B: so basically we went into Calvin Klein and Jaden got a few things to try on so he went in the dressing room to try the stuff on. While he was in there I spotted.... Um..
You couldn't say his name without freaking out
N: Who?
B: M-M-Mathew
N: BROOKE DID HE HURT JADEN
B: No just let me finish
Nick sat down
B: And when I saw him I tried to cover my face but he saw me and came to me saying how much I ruined his life and how I was gonna pay for what I did. Keep in mind I still had Ava in my hands
So he grabbed me by my wrist and tried to drag me out of the store when I Screamed Jaden's name....
You say with a tear falling down your face and the girls come over and hug you
B: But anyways Jaden came running out and yelled and Mathew to get his hands off me and Mathew looked at me saying Jaden was just my boy toy and I was using him. So I yelled and Mathew and he slapped me across the face..
Tears are dropping down you face as you say this and you look up and see Nick's jaw clentched and fist
N: I'm gonna beat the living $h!t out of him
You giggle slightly
B: But Jaden and Mather started fighting and would normally separate them but I knew Jaden wouldn't let go cause he slapped me so I let it be when a while bunch of cops arrested them both. I tried telling the cops that it wasn't even Jaden's fault but the arrested him for violence so Jaden's in jail for I don't kn-
You got cut off by you phone ringing a random number so you answer and put it on speaker
Phone call
(I don't know how these work so bare with me)
(Brooke- B Jaden-j he's using the jail phone if they have one)
J: Hi this is a recorded call from (whatever jail) Is Los Angeles California Anything you say will be recorded and heard you call may begin now
J: Baby!!
Tears fall from your eyes as you hear his voice
J: Baby you there
B: Y-yea i-im Here
J: Aww princess don't cry please
B: Talk to the others please I need to use the bathroom
J: Bab-
You cut him off my handing the phone to Bryce
Br: Hey man she went upstairs she trying to get herself under control
J: Ok that's fine but what's up
N: Not much but do you know how long your gonna be in for
J: They said I should only be in for about 1 month or so
Everyone sighs
They a talk to Jaden for a while when you come down to get the phone
B: Alright I ready to talk
Maddi: Ok here
You take the phone and walk upstairs and sit on your bed
J: you ok baby
B: Ya I just miss you alot
J: I know I'm so sorry princess I shouldn't have fought him
B: please don't say that cause it was his fault he should have hit me you did it for a good cause
J: ya I guess so
B: So how long do you have to stay there
J: They said a month but depending on my attorney I pick it could be less
B: But it wasn't even your fault this is BS
J: I know but I'll be out as soon as possible
B: I know
J: $h!t
B: What's wrong
J: the call ends in 1 minutes
B: O ok
J: Princess I love you so much keep Ava safe ok I'll call you everyday I can get a chance ok
B: I love you to baby please be safe in there don't get hurt
J: I won't I love yo-
Then the call cut out and you put your phone down and started crying
About 1 1/2 later you go downstairs and eat something and get Ava food and feed her and head upstairs
B: love you all goodnight
N: Love you
E: love you
You walk upstairs and take Ava's clothes off and put her in her bath chair
B: I know your so used to taking showers with Daddy but he's not here right now baby girl
You get up off the floor and get Ava another diaper and get her bed ready
You go back in and wash her hair and body. Then get her out dry her off and get her a bottle and put her show on for her to fall asleep to. You walk into the bathroom brush your teeth an hair and put you pajamas on and lay down and go to bed

A/n
Ikk this isn't a very interesting chapter but the next one is gonna be a time skip to Avas 1st birthday and it's gonna be pretty interesting so I hope you guys enjoy this story so far love you all
