How You Show Affection

You hold hands. If you're feeling sad, you'll take his hand and he won't let go until you're ready. If he's hurt, he'll gently take your hand, if possible. If you're scared, you'll take his hand or hold his sleeve. When he's hungry, he'll gently tug on your hand or sleeve. It's a good system and an even better habit that you both use to say "I love you".

💥Bakugo💥

Nicknames. You're always giving each other a different nickname, whether insulting or not. Every time you address each other, it's a different nickname. He'll call you bitch, you'll call him asswipe. He'll call you hot, you'll call him sexy. That's just how you tell each other that you care.

🏃🏻Iida🏃🏻

Doing chores. Whether you ask or not, that's how you two show that you love each other. You're rooms a mess from you studying for a test the night before? Iida has it cleaned by five. Iida broke one of his glasses? You've already cleaned up the remains. The toasters broken? Iida bought a better one. He needs to do laundry? So do you, so might as well do his too. It's efficient and caring, just the way you both like it.

Did someone say pickup lines? You're always throwing shitty pickup lines at each other. Between classes, during lunch, after school, at the pool, during training, literally everywhere. Everyone's so tired of it, but they will never tell you because you two love it and that's how you subtly say "I love you".

Gifts! Gifts galore! You wanna know why he got you that cat? Because he knew you'd been wanting to get it ever since you first saw it and he loved you enough to get it. You see that sweater he wears at least once a week? Gift. That scarf you wear when you're sad? Gift. His new running shoes? Gift. You two go shopping together all the time and always argue about who's paying because he may be rich, but you'll be damned if you let him buy all the groceries. That's not what a good S.O. does and you both know it. We'll see who wins this battle of love.

Hugs. You're always hugging during your free time. Your friends have literally timed you and the high score is always getting longer. Your longest hug was 10 minutes and 15 seconds. No one knows how you can stay still for so long, especially Kirishima. Every time one of you is hurt, it pains the other to not just immediately hug them when you see each other. You just want to love on your boyfriend, is that so much to ask?

You show off. You're always trying to one up each other to impress each other. Everyone gets so annoyed with your little competitions, but you always yell at them to fuck off when they complain. Kaminari's too nice to do that, but he always flips them off when their back is turned. No one gets between you two, especially when your trying to show how amazing the other is.

Cuddles and kisses. You're always cuddling in her room in your free time. She likes kisses more, and you like cuddles more, so you just do both. You'll binge watch movies just so you can kiss and cuddle in her bed. People always think you two are doing worse things, but you're really not. You only went farther one time, and that was very recent, so it's fine I think. Whatever, as long as you're both happy.

You like to sleep together. It's not anything bad, it's just that you're always tired and he likes being in his dark room, so you both just cuddle and take a nap in his room almost every day. It's not anything bad, it's just how you two roll. You're always together, even when taking a nap.

You make things for each other. You love making crafts, because then, when you give them to each other, you show how much you love each other. Tamaki doesn't think his are any good, but you cherish all of his gifts. He once gave you a paper rose made from a book of poems. It's your favorite thing and you have it displayed in your room. You once made him an origami frog to play with when he's anxious, and he still keeps it in his pocket to help him calm down. You really do love each other, and this is just how you show it.

Kisses and taps. Any chance you got. If you were just passing each other in the hallway you'd tap him on the shoulder and he'd tap you on the leg. If there wasn't anyone around you two while getting to your next thing you'd share a quick kiss before hurrying away. If you two were in a work meeting you'd tap on each other's legs every once in a while. That's just how you two work and it makes you both very happy.

You make food. She loves baking and you love cooking. She loves making tea for the both of you and you love making hot coco. She loves cookies and you love pancakes. You're the main kitchen goblins of the house, besides Sato. You two always make too much, so everyone steals your food. It doesn't matter though, because you two have already shown how much you love each other and just let them take a cookie or two.
