3 Years after the war
Present DayGinny fell back onto her bottom after reliving her hogwarts years in another perspective. So many things began to make sense. They dated, they dated!
Quickly she ran downstairs and grabbed her coat. She left a note telling Hermione that she needed to quickly run. She needed to reflect on all of that, but knew one thing for sure.
She was going to bring Draco home.
As soon as she left she began to research what Draco was up to. She even sent a letter to Blaise and Pansy asking if they could meet up. She received a letter back in less then 30 minutes, telling her to come to their flat quickly.
Ginny apparated and knocked on the door moments later.
"Hello, come in." Pansy said. Ginny smiled and sat across from them on their couch.
"So you know about Hermione and Draco?" Blaise asked and Ginny nodded.
"Why won't he go back to her?" She asked crossing her legs and leaning back into the couch.
"We don't know...we've told him to plenty of times. She sent him letters everyday for almost two years, begging him to come back. But he just blows it off." Pansy said sipping her tea.
"Can you ask him to meet you guys at the three broomsticks tonight? I think I can convince him." She said with hopeful eyes. Pansy and Blaise shared a look of uncertainty, but nodded.
"Six, tonight." She clarified before saying goodbye. She was going to get them together! Like they always should have been! She was terribly excited and waited for six to roll around.
Once it did she apparated and saw him through the window. She smiled and walked into the bar, and sat a chair away from him.
"A butterbeer, please." She said and Draco looked over at her then back at his drink. She reminded him of Hermione, and he felt too guilty to even think about her.
"Hello, Draco." She said sipping on her drink. He sighed and wondered what he was about to endure.
"Weasly." He said in a monotone voice. She turned towards him and smiled.
"I know." He looked at her blankly, almost unamused. Then he raised his eyebrows wondering what she knew.
"About you and Hermione." His heart stopped. Even hearing her name made him feel emotional. He put his drink down, and looked back over at her.
"Okay." He said simply. She scoffed, how could he still be so annoying!
"Well—shes been waiting for you." She said tapping her nails against the counter, feeling nervous that he might not still love her.
"She wouldn't want to see me, trust me on that one." He said sipping his drink again, allowing the liquid to run down his throat.
"What? She would...she is still living in your house." She said. This shocked him, he would have thought that house would've been burnt to the ground to a crisp, after he ignored all of her letters.
"I have let her down." He said staring at his empty glass. Ginny internally groaned. Hermione and him were truly perfect for each other—they were both incredibly stubborn.
"She needs you. I came across a pensive and watched the memories of you two." She said and he still stared down, uninterested.
He wasn't convinced.
"Please, Draco. She misses you. I can tell you still love her. Love her again—,"
He angrily stood up glaring at the red head.
