Almost Perfect

CHAPTER 4

Alexandria's POV

"Uhhhmm. 'Yung sa'min ni Sam? Yeah, It's true. Actually, Two years na kami. Ngayon lang namin napagkasunduan na i-public." He explained.

 Yeah, Alexandria, Alam mo naman two years na sila... Kasasabi lang oh! Bullshit mag-papakatanga ka pa?

"Ahhhh. About kung bakit ako nandito.... Just because." Sabi ko na lang. Luckily, my voice didn't broke. Swerte pa ako sa lagay na ito.

"Ahh. Would you like to come with me?" Hala! Ano daw? Come with him daw?

"Saan?" I asked him.

"Timezone sana." He said. Teka?! Timezone? Lah? Ang galing! I forgot na may arcade pala dito.

"Geh ba. Basta sagot mo." Sabi ko na lang.

"Sure, Sure, Of course," He said while nodding. Sinundan ko lang siya. 

Nakakahiya naman kung may nakakita sa'min. Sabihin mang-aagaw ako ng boyfriend.

Naglakad kami hanggang sa harap ng elevator. 

Bumukas 'yung elevator at pumasok na kami.

Sumiksik ako sa pinakagilid. 

Every floor na na-reach namin padagdag ng padagdag 'yung tao.

Nagulat ako ng bigla siyang humarap sakin tapos pinangharang yung kamay sa gilid ko.

"Baka kasi maipit ka? Okay lang ba?" He asked me. I stared at him blankly at tumango ng makailang beses.

At last, 7th floor na! I tried to move but, Oo nga pala he's in front of me. Nabangga ko tuloy siya. Yung babae na nasa likod ko ay agad namang siniksik ako paharap.

Lalo tuloy akong napalapit kay Gab.

"S-soryy..." I said tapos inangat ang tingin ko.

"No, it's alright." We finally got out of the effin' elevator.

The door closed and I turned my head into him.

I looked at his eyes and laughed. We both laughed.

We entered the timezone together.

I ran towards the Claw crane immediately.

Kaso naalala ko na wala pala akong card.

I ran straight here tapos wala akong card? Stupid me.

I saw Gab running in my direction. 

I smiled. He swiped the card.

Ako naman hinawakan ko yung parang bola na nagmamanipulate sa claw.

I tried to move it pero dumiretso sa dulo 'yung claw.

Hindi ako marunong.

Siguro napansin niya na hindi ako marunong kaya he stood behind me and held my hand.

He looked serious. 

Hindi niya na rin napansin 'yung tingin ko sa kaniya.

He manipulated the claw while holding my hand. 

<Sound of heart beating.>

I never imagined that this such will ever happen to me.

Never in my whole boring life.

I was shocked when he smiled and I heard a dropping sound.

He got a teddy bear?

An effin' teddy bear?!

Umupo siya tapos kinuha 'yung teddy bear.

He stood straight and then stared at me.

He gave the bear to me and said, "Here. I know that this is one of your biggest wishes. Get it."

Kinuha ko 'yung bear.

Pero-- Ba't-- Pa'no niya nalaman na ang mabigyan ako ng bear ay isa sa mga biggest wishes ko?

"Hey--!" I reached for him pero...

Someone reached him before I even did.
