.... time of death, 22:07, name of victim, Sandra Blair, death by fire... Traumatic for a 14 year old to see...

Days earlier-

Elizabeth white was on her phone, texting her friend Sandra," hey, are you going to be doing anything for Halloween?" She texted, a minute passed before Sandra got back," nah, not really thinkin about much, you?", " I was thinking about going to that Party at Henry's house", " ooo, still got a crush on him I see", " shut up it's not like that and you know that", " sure", " but do you wanna come with me?", " yeah sure, but I don't think I'll dress up", " why not? It's part of the fun", " I think I'm to old for dressing up", " your only a couple months older then me", " still", " Well I'm dressing up", " ok, see you at school tomorrow", " ok see ya", she put the phone down and  inhaled then sighed, she had a crush on henry back when high school first started, they where seniors now. She looked at the time, 9:28 pm, she got up and decided to go get a snack, more like some noodles, she loved chicken ramen, ether spicy or normal, she usually eats it, she pouted some water in, and microwaved the small cup, 3:20 minutes, she waited...... and waited.... for what kinda felt like 10 minutes, she got it out and got a fork from the drawer and stirred it up, then her dog came in to see what she had, he was an Australian Shepard, thinking it was food to give," heh, hey Rubin", she sat down and waited for her noodles to suck in the water broth concoction, meanwhile she saw Rubin have a toy" heh, ok bud" she picked up it, Rubin waged his tail happily and waited for her to throw it," one..." she put it forward," two..." the same thing" three!!" She threw it far, Rubin slipped on the floor before he got it and ran to get his toy. A couple rounds of throwing the toy, she looked at her noodles stirred it up, and washed her hands, she picked up the cup of noodles and went back to her room and started to eat her noodles while she turned on a movie, Nightmare on elm, an oldy but a goody. The dog walked into the room and put his head on the bed and gave her that puppy look," don't give me that look", he kept giving her that look. She pat his head and kept eating, he wagged his tail a little. Elizabeth lifted her head as the door shut" moms home", meanwhile Rubin was running and slipping to see her.

Later it was in the middle of the night, Rubin started whining at the door and clawing at it, Elizabeth groaned" Rubin no" she went and shifted on her other side, a minute passed before Rubin whined softly at the door, he wasn't whining to be let out, Elizabeth looked at the time 3:58 AM. Well yeah she thought it was weird" Rubin... shhhhhh", a minute or so passed before Rubin jumped up onto her bed and curled up next to her, she was confused, but didn't question it too much as she fell back to sleep.

One shut of the locker, to show off Elizabeth she was looking through her stuff, she took out her science book and shut her locker to see henry," oh! Hey Elizabeth", " hey henry", " um, I was just wanting to know if you where coming to my party on Halloween", " yeah! Better then sitting at home", to be honest henry actually liked her a lot, when he first developed a crush on her, he was a nervous wreak around her, but he got to handle it. They walked to class together, they had the same science class together. She went and sat in her assigned seat, in the second one down, and the row to the right, there was only two rows. Henry sat in the left row fourth row back, the class went by slowly as Elizabeth was zoning out here and there, science was never her strong subject, meanwhile henry couldn't keep his eyes on Elizabeth, trying to think of what she'll dress up in, maybe cop? Animal? Robot? He didn't know but couldn't wait. After the class Elizabeth went and met up with Sandra, " hey Sandra!", sandra jumped" Jesus don't scare me like that dude", " heheh, come on off to next class", " ok". Elizabeth put her book away real quick and followed Sandra. " so are you sure your not doing anything for Halloween?", " no, but mom said I have to take my brother trick or treating", " fuuuunnnnn", " yeah yeah". " well hey if you get done early you can bring him to the party", " hmmm, yeah, he gonna keep his mouth shut" they talked as they sat down. The school day went by and she just went home to Rubin, being happy dogo. She pat his head and went to her room and flopped onto the bed, Rubin jumped up next to her and nosed her," ruuubiiinnnn", she scratched his head, and looked at him, he panted before he licked her face," ahh no Rubin!" She giggled." Yeah I know you love me" she scratched his ears, he still happy dogo, " go for a walk?", he looked at her straight face," go for a walk?!", he jumped off and ran around in circles ready to go outside. She stretched before she got up and went and got his leash, Rubin really happy.
