"I can't wait to watch the match on TV with the others!"

"Me too, let's be quick before we're late!"

Me and Kōshi walked out the door and went to the Tanaka household. It was clear day, and the day of Hinata and Kageyama's match against the Argentina team. When we made it, Kōshi knocked on the door, and to be greeted by Kiyoko.

"The Sugawaras are here!" She said, we entered the house to see there was Tanaka and Daichi. They turned to us and greeted.

It been a while since I last saw most of them after the MSBY Jackals vs Schweiden Adlers match back in 2018. It was fun seeing old faces.

"Kiyoko, I think we're all out of drinks."

"We can go get it!"

"No, it's fine, you just got here"

"Nope, he insist, I can't even change his mind"

"If that's the case, sure!"

Me and Kōshi walked out of her house and went to the mini market down the street. When we got there, we immediately grabbed every drinks that we could.

When I was finished stashing up bottles in my arms, I bumped into someone. "Ah, I'm so sorry!" I told the person it was fine, but I was greeted by none other than "Daisuke-san?" He looked so surprise and called me by my maiden name. "Oh, not Hashimoto anymore. Sugawara" he looked even more surprise than he already is. "You're married?" "Yup!" He congratulated me and we started to talk.

"How's job?"

"Oh, I'm working for a manga publishing company now, you?"

"Oh, I'm mangaka, I'm currently on break"

"Really? Lucky for you Sumire-san."

We chatted for a while, then Kōshi called me and he saw the graduate. Now, they were the one talking.

"It's been a while, Takahashi."

"Yes, how are you? How's your job?"

"Fine, I'm teaching in an elementary school"

"So, you're married to Sumire-san?"

"Oh, y-yeah..."

"You kept our promise, Suga...."

"When's the child?"

"Daisuke-san, shut it!"

We waved goodbye and left. As we were walking, Kōshi got a text from Tanaka. "The matches are almost starting, we better get quick!" He informed me. We rushed to their house, drinks in our hands.

We finally made it and tried to catch our breaths. Kiyoko gave us water and told us they ordered pizza. I raised my arms, since it was a while since I last ate a slice of pizza.

I was chatting with Daichi about Michimiya and how we planned to be there at one of her sepak takraw matches. "Sonkayno, sonkayno" Kōshi talked to the bird in the cage. Daichi told him that he shouldn't be teaching the bird that and I laughed at my husband.

"How's married life?" Daichi asked us, we looked at him with confused faces. We told him that it wasn't a drastic change, just now we could cuddle with no problem from our families. "We're just married for a year, Daichi!" I said to him.

"Where's Asahi?"

"Asahi went on an overseas trip when there's an Olympics in Tokyo."

"Bullet world trip with Nishinoya according to him, it's too fast" I held my giggles.
