-One Year Later-

    Kokichi has been keeping eye on his classmates as he normally does and this time they are in charge of Halloween decorations and stuff, but their class is always lazy. Kokichi likes to teepee everything because he can't get in trouble for it on this year. Kaito hates Halloween so he tries to not come to school, but Maki managed to drag him to school today.

Kaede is trying to get Shuichi to get into the spirit of the holiday with little to no luck and Rantaro is that nice guy who just likes making sugar cookies for the entire school and gives out candy to eat.

Kokichi uses this year to prank everyone as much as possible and be the most scariest thing possible. That way they don't need a haunted house. Kokichi can scare people without it cause he's a pro!

Tsumugi likes to dress up and act out spooky characters but gets way into the role forgetting who she is. Shuichi kept trying to stop Kokichi from pranking everyone as normal. Kirumi was the only one who took it seriously because as a maid she must fulfill any request. So she's the one usually doing all the work making each booth, and the haunted house and trying to get everyone to help her.

Though if they were being honest they didn't care. Not even the fundraiser was appealing except to maybe Kaito who wanted to use it to go to space.

So they never did very well raising money for the event when it's their turn, because of how lazy they all were. Shuichi started dating Kaede since Kokichi broke up with him. Kokichi was a bit salty, but it's fine.

The demon summoning game had become almost nonexistent and now a new mobile game called The Letter was the talk of school. Kokichi loved games so he had played it himself. Apparently it's about a haunted mansion and once a realtor finds a chain letter and shows it to people she begins seeing things.

Unfortunately the ghost is real and claims someone she knows and now the girl has to figure out to save her friends who are very doubtful of her ghost stories.

Kokichi had to admit he enjoyed the heck out of it and the characters are really nice written and the art and music is well done. It's worth a try at least.

Shuichi was interested in the game too and loved to spout his theories and try to predict what would happen as Kokichi told him his experiences with the game.

"Sooo... only the girl can see the ghost... The others haven't seen it yet. And Kokichi tried to use a priest to cleanse the house to kill the ghost, but it failed... Which either means... the ghost is tied to the letter and not the house... or... It's all in the girl's head." Shuichi explains to Kaede as Kokichi takes his seat.

"Wouldn't that be a crazy twist?!? The main character doesn't know she's seeing things and none of it's real. I think that be way more interesting than an actual ghost. I mean she works so hard and is living on her own. I bet all that stress of money issues and her daddy being sick has stressed her out so much that she's started seeing things that aren't there." Kokichi gushed.
