In a dark maze located in another plane of space and time were a group of people fighting off a witch in the shape of a portrait stand holding a bell throwing small monsters at them as they were blowing them away

One of them was a white haired woman wielding two katana's slashing the monsters before they even managed to land on the ground right after being birthed

Another one was a blonde girl with blue armor blowing away waves of enemies away with just one slash of her sword

And fighting the monster itself was a young tanned skinned boy with robotic features who jumped towards the witch in one long leap and as the witch ringed the bell which caused musical notes to come out of it the boy brushed it off as he then rolled back his hand with a fist and then released it while punching the air which caused it to fly towards the witch at the velocity of a missile towards it as the fist pierced it like a spear through thin armor as he pulled it back

He then summoned his pickaxe named blaze reap which the harder he hit something with it,the bigger the explosion it would unleash

And so with the strength of a thousand people he stabbed the witch with the pickaxe which resulted in a massive explosion the size of a skyscraper completely pulverizing the witch

This in turn the maze to start to fade away as the group turned back to their normal forms with musashi wearing tight Jean's and a sleeveless shirt and artoria white jacket with a small blue skirt

The small child transformed into a grown adolescent teenage boy with grey hair and a grey eye color

He looked at a black jewel that was dropped by the witch

A grief seed

He then summoned out of his hand an egg shaped gem surrounded by gold

(Ignore the dark purple and replace it with a dark blue and small white dots in it)

It had the colors of space within it as it had artificial stars in it but it had been corrupted a little due to his use of magic and his servants also using him as a source of strength

He then brought the two gems close to each other

The grief seed sucked out all impurities within the soul gem

"Well that takes care of this"said Y/n

"Yeah,and it's so liberating to not have to restrict myself anymore now that we know how much mana we have left"she said

"And I still have four refills left"he said as they decided to call it a day and head back home

"I should show you two a neat place with amazing tsukemen"said y/n

"Sounds like a plan!we just need to go back home and report back to lelouch"said musashi as artoria nodded with her

"You're right Let's go then"said Y/n as they then walked home

We entered the apartment as aunt mami and aunt madoka were looking worried while talking to lelouch who was wearing a casual outfit

"Is something going on here?"I asked

"Before that how did the hunt go?"asked aunt mami

I showed her the grief seed smiling

"Another success,I'm starting to get the hang of this now!"I said

"Did you discover your weakness yet?"

"No not really,but is that really a big deal?what if I don't have a weakness?"I asked her

"As much as I want to believe that we all have a weak spot where we are vulnerable but you're sturdy from head to toe"she said

"We will find that over time,anyways we are bringing some changes over here,first of all edward is joining your school as a teacher in science and alchemy because with your recent victory we have more attention on us so we need to be more aware of our surroundings"said lelouch

"And from what a person who's under my orders told me,the church have sent two people here so we need to be more careful before we get involved with the other races which is inevitable"said lelouch

He was right,devils were just the first stepping stone of our journey through this new world

Musashi and artoria were confused as to why Y/n's mood shifted so suddenly after the mention of his mother

"What just happened?why did Y/n speak so shallowly and then walked away like that?first time it's happened"said musashi

"You two are his servants and you deserve to know

Y/n lived most of his childhood with his mother until he turned a certain age and they moved to kuoh and she left him to us to take care or hims leaving him without his mother for many years to come only dropping by when he wasn't awake so this made him believe that she never cared about him which wasn't really the case with that
