*JOHN CARL's POV*
It's almost weeks since I met that woman. I just can't believe that she doesn't have a family only her dog named Miracle. I don't know were she is right now. After we find her dog, she suddenly disappear in a pinch of magic. The words I can only manage to remember is her last words.
>"I'm Hallie Mae and this is my dog Miracle. I'll be back, promise"
Her words are haunting me everyday. We're total strangers yet I think about her day by day.
"MONTEJO!" I raise my head in front of our professor. I'm sure he's pissed again. "Do you need something prof?" My classmates gasp in disbelief. Why?
"Montejo! What the! Our 50 item quiz is done yet you're mind is still fluttering! What's happening to you?"
"Nothing, Prof...." I hurriedly stand and left the room. I know its sounded rude but honestly, 2 minutes left and it's our break time.
"Carlos!" I tsked behind my back. "Carlos! Wait!"
The playboy is here. I didn't bother to look back at him. He will just tell stories about the girls he played. He's nonsense!
"There you go!" I just rolled my eyes. He put his arms around my shoulder and started talking.
"Seriously, Parkes.... Arms off! They'll think about us as a couple"
"And so?" He stand in front of me and smile "Let's go babe"
"I want to punch you!"
"Then go haha" I was just about to punch him when we heard the students yelling. They're all looking up.
"Omg! Plane crash!"
"Is this the end of the world!"
"Shit! Take a video of it"
"Hi guys.. So we're here in our field wating for the plane to crash"
"That's no plane.... It's...It's...It's--------"
I don't know but my heart is beating fast...my heart is beating fast as it falling right at me. I felt Parkes shaking hand on my right shoulder.
"L-let's go Carlos. It's heading right at us"
I can't say a word. My eyes are stuck on the falling thing from up high. It's getting nearer... And nearer.. And nearer... I want to run as fast as I could but I can't. Not when I know Parkes is hugging me tightly. I close my eyes hard as I can. I know it's going to me... I heard the shouts of my co-students
"RUN YOU TWO!"
"THEY'RE OUT OF THEIR MIND!"
"PARKES! BABY!"
"OMG! JOHN CARL!"
A defying silence covered the whole field. I slowly open my eyes... I can see the shock reaction on their faces so as me and this gay beside me.
"Its not a plane... It's a mist of cloud with a woman in it... Hallie Mae"
The last words I said before fallen onto the ground field...
