*JOHN CARL's POV*
"Where am I!"
"Hello?"
I covered my eyes because of the extreme light coming from a portal. There I saw a two mythical creature in front of me. A king and queen perhaps. Wearing a twinkling suit and there's a star above there head just like a crown.
"Who are you?"
"Please take care of our daughter" my eyebrows frown in curiousity. What daughter?
"We need your help for protecting our daughter. Our dimension is in danger and we need to take her away from us."
"Who's your daughter?" They started to fade.
"Wait! Who's your daughter!?"
I can't move! I slowly open my eyes. It's a dream...It's only a dream...
As I open my eyes, a blinding light met my gaze. I saw my bud holding a flashlight directly at my eyes! This man is an idiot! Take him away from me!
"Goodmorning Babe!" He shouted.
I make a face. "Fvck you Parkes... your flashlight!"
"Hahahaha" I blinked many times before getting back to my sight.
"BETELGEUSE!" That voice. It's her.
"Wait.. Where are you going?"
I didn't mind him.
"Betelgeuse ...Where am I?"
I opened the door and I saw her.. I saw her in the arms of two nurses while struggling on the bed. What happened to her?
"You may leave us now. Thank you." The nurses nodded and leave as I said. I went to her and smile.
"You look familiar." She said and hold my face.
"Hands off...I'm not use to it." she remove it and stand on the bed.
She hold my shoulders and face me back at her. I didn't expect what she did next. She hopped on my back and wrap her hands around my neck.
"Send me back to my family please."
"You know I can't, you said you don't have a family."
"Let's go outside"she said in a low tone.
We went outside and I saw Parkes with a girl. Another girl again, tsk.
"So, can I see your family?"
"Look up." we look up.
It's 8:27 in the evening and we can clearly see the night sky.
"That's my family"
"Wait,What?"
"You don't understand now,but soon you will." she handed me a thing.
"What's this?"
"Betelgeuse said, I'll give that to the first person I know... and it's you."
It's a diamond shape that is twinkling and has a floating galaxy on top. I tried to throw it up and it puffed and transform into a small floating galaxy.
"Woah!!!Take this thing away from me!!" I covered my face she's just laughing hard.
"That is constellation...Look" the floating galaxy is gone, thanks God.
In my late 15 yrs old, I really don't give a damn in our Astronomy. Not that I hate it but its kinda boring.
"There are 227 brightest stars in our universe including Sirius, Polaris and Betelgeuse."
"Betel---What"
"Betelgeuse" she sighed "She's my closest friend."
"Are you hungry?" I asked out of patient. She just said Betelgeuse is a star and now her closest friend.
"No... Just sit there and listen to me." I slip my fingers through my nosebridge.
"Miracle is my dog."
"Tsk, you said it hundred times, Hallie"
"In our dimension, I named Miracle as Sirius, in Latin word "Dog Star" so that's why he's my dog---" I didn't let her finish talking. It's making my head goosebump. So I snatch her hand and went to the canteen. She's just hungry. "Carlos! Carlos! Babe!" We walked fast not to let Parkes catch us.
