There were few things James Potter feared or dreaded. There were few times when James Potter wished his sister was butt-ugly, with a horrible personality. The Marauders and Lilac were walking through the halls together talking until they noticed Lilac was zoning out.

"Thinking of your boyfriend Lilac?" Asked Sirius playfully

"Yeah." Said Lilac absentmindedly until she noticed what she just said and put her hand over her mouth.

"You have a boyfriend!?" Exclaimed James both angry and sad.

"No." Said Lilac putting on a amused mask and acting like it was really a joke letting her hand fall to her side. "it was a joke"

"Okay then..." said James.

James and Sirius believed her like the idiots they were but Remus wasn't fooled. Remus being Remus decided not to pry and let her have her own privacy and secrets. He simply gave her a knowing look getting a finger on Lilac's lips back as a reply confirming that she had a boyfriend but she didn't want him to tell them. He simply nodded and went back to the book he was reading about a witch who tamed a dragon and kept it as a pet, in his opinion it was a very good read.

Lilac branched off from them saying she was going to the bathroom but really she was going to go to the halls near the room of requirement, as Regulus promised he was there with Evan. They walked past each other bumping into each other and exchanged a few insults. Lilac put her hand in her pocket and pulled out the note Regulus slipped into it.

Meet me at the astronomy tower at midnight.

She turned her head around a little and gave a slight nod making it seem like she was looking to the side. Lilac then walked back to the Gryffindor common room.

Lilac said the password and simply plopped onto the fluffy couch next to the marauders.

"Were you out meeting your boyfriend?" Asked Sirius suspiciously.

"Yes." Said Lilac absentmindedly

"YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND!?" Yelled James

"No." Said Lilac putting up the same mask she put up before.

"This is the second time you said you had one then denied it."

"Boys are such idiots." Said Rose plopping down onto the arm of the armchair Sirius was in, since they were childhood friends.

"Poor Remus has to deal with his gender's stupidity." Said Taylor sitting down on the other armchair and twirling her hair.
