Lilac sighed as she took the fresh cookies out of the oven. The delicious smell of the freshly baked gingerbread spread throughout potter manor, and into the various rooms. Rose and Taylor were ecstatic with the results. They didn't use a recipe, but they did write what they did as they did it in insane detail.

"When can we taste test?" Asked Taylor happily

"After we cool them and decorate them." Said Rose swatting at the girl who was reaching for the pan.

Lilac giggled as she put them away to cool.

"How long do you think Remus will be able to hold them back?" Asked Taylor

"How long do you think it will take the fudge brownies to bake?" Asked Lilac giggling

The girls all laughed as they waited for the cookies to cool. Soon they were decorating the cookies beautifully. In the end they looked beautiful (Picture in the media)

Rose walked to the muggle cd player and put in a cd.

Have a holly jolly Christmas

The girls all sang to the song at the top of their lungs as they decorated the cookies.

It's the happiest time of the year

I don't know if there'll be snow

The brownies finished and Lilac took them out letting the warm chocolate scent fill the house mingling with the smell of gingerbread.

But have a cup of cheer

Taylor was finishing the eggnog as they sang.

The sound of hungry boys running downstairs echoed down the hall and into the kitchen as the girls laughed.

And everyone you meet

As if she just thought of it Rose sprinted to the living room coming back with mistletoe and hanging it up over the entry to the kitchen.

Sirius and Remus were the first ones to the entry of the kitchen not noticing the mistletoe over their heads until everyone started laughing

"Mistletoe~" Cooed Lilac making the two cringe as they turned to one another.
